@michulu1 has your specialist said anything about looking further to why the FET haven't worked? Mine said she would start wondering why it's not working if this cycle doesn't and might need to do more tests.

Sadly I'm pretty sure I'm out this cycle. I'm still spotting really dark brown blood and even had a tiny amount of tissue. Trying to stay hopeful but realistic I guess. It's a fine line cause I don't want to be terribly sad on test day but I'm also hoping that it's not terrible.

I'm on 4 pessaries a day which is a lot. My progesterone levels and estrogen levels are good I believe (just going by previous tests given I'm on the same dose) and I've never had spotting like this before in 4 cycles. But yea...who knows what's going on I guess. Feeling a bit sad.

sorry for the long miserable post. 😳
    Hi @MissyK
How many Dpt are you? Have you POAS? What day is your BT? The 2WW is so hard with all the progesterone making you feel pregnant. 4 pessaries is a lot! I bet they're no fun. Sorry to hear your feeling sad. Let it out. We're here if you need to talk.

Last time I spoke with my FS he said we'd give it 5 transfers before more investigations. At this stage we're 'unexplained'. At first the diagnosis didn't really worry me too much but now we've had repeated IVF failures the unknown is causing me quite a bit of anxiety.

Sometimes I'm not sure what is better...being unexplained or having a reason. im 6dp5dt. I've never had symptoms like this before. Always seems that I want to call the clinic on long weekends! I'll have to wait until Tuesday.

I did do a test yesterday but a line didn't come up in the first 20 seconds so I left it and then a couple hours later I noticed it had 2 lines but pretty sure it was an evap line. It was very noticeable though. Also this was a dip and read test which I've since realised aren't very accurate and normally the earliest they'll give a BFP is on day AF is due. But I don't have a day but I don't have any periods at all that's why I do fully medicated cycles.

I've promised myself I won't test until at least 9dp.

This is my 3rd round. I m/c the first at 7 weeks. She was very surprised it didn't work last time and said that at some point we'll need to go further. I have a DS from my first FET in August 14. I was very naive thinking it might be as straight forward as that again.

Do you know when your 2ww will start roughly?

    Hi @julianicholson
Bloating & sore tummy is pretty common post EPU. Keep up you fluids, electrolytes & protein. Also make sure you bowels are regular. Constipation makes the symptoms so much worse! If your worried call you FS/ nurse.
Are you scheduled for a ET this cycle?
Generally if your at risk of OHSS they will cancel ET & do a 'freeze all'

I had OHSS on my last stim cycle. It was horrible. I was bedridden for 1 week. I had a lot of swelling in my abdomen. Could hardly walk. Couldn't get out of bed unassisted. My ET had to be cancelled & I was put on clexane, baby aspirin & I think provera?. Day 5 post EPU was the hardest. The nausea kicked in & I couldn't even tolerate water. Apparently it's pretty common for OHSS to peak around day 5post EPU.
Make sure you call your FS if your worried or your symptoms worsen.
    Hope your feeling better soon!

At 6dp5dt do you think it could be implantation bleeding?
They do say every cycle is different?
    Bugger about the long weekend.
    Maybe too early to POAS?
    Will prob start 2WW ~15/5

Glad to hear you have a DS. It gives me hope that IVF can actually work!

It definitely can work @Muchulu1!! I'm sure it'll happen for all of us soon. We have the experts on our sides. Unfortunately just a waiting game a lot of the time.

@julianicholson how are you feeling today?? Hopefully you didn't have too many plans for the long weekend.

I'm very mopey today. My poor husband! Haha. Pretty sure it's all over. But that's ok...we can try again next month. Just a bummer the test is still a week away so once again it's the waiting game. It's still very weird that I'm on soooo many meds and this is happening. I don't think it's really a period because it's all old blood but surely spotting for 3-4 days isn't implantation bleeding. And I have a dull feeling there today. Booooooooooooooo 😔

    welcome to the newbies
@Juliancholson I hope you're feeling better today, hopefully it eases for you!
@MissyK I really hope that this is just implantation bleeding- you never know, try and stay positive! I'll be thinking of you until your test day. Your test coming up with a second line after looking at it late is hopefully a good sign! will you do a retest soon?
@Muchulu1 I hope this cycle is a success, so frustrating being "unexplained", I was in that category for a while and then they finally did another tubal potency test and that test showed that my left tube was blocked which has lead us to starting our first IVF cycle this month.

    Default IVF/FET May-June 2016

@MissyK I'm on a few this for pyroluria (zinc, b vitamins, magnesium powder) which should be good for fertility too. Specifically for fertility I'm on vit e, InNatal plus Iron from BioCeuticals. Also have ordered some ubiquinol for egg quality. Where possible I buy my vitamins from iherb but some I need to get from naturopath.
I've also gone to an acupuncturist for lining. Trying as many natural things as possible. Think it helps me, personally, as it gives me something to do and something to have control over.

Oh no just read your post. Boooo to the spotting and pains. Can you test early?

    Hi all,

I am feeling average but much better today, I think it is just me over thinking things because I feel far worse than I did last time. @Muchulu1 thanks for the info, I just have a bad habit of jumping to the worst conclusion. I am not doing a fresh transfer because we are doing PGD. @MissyK I have my fingers crossed for you. there is nothing worse than the 2WW especially when you are having symptoms like you are.
@hopefull29 no long weekend for me, I am in SA and a school teacher so started back at work today feeling very sorry for myself.
