Apparently not common, they don't know why.
Feeling very dejected and frustrated that this is not something I can fix.
Got the call at work which is even better as now crying in a meeting room wondering how I can make myself look presentable again.
Argh. Why does it have to be like this???
Can you see a different specialist?

    Default IVF/FET May-June 2016

Update. Did a POAS this morning. My second line has gone lighter again. Could still be the pregnyl coming out of my system, could be that the embryo implanted late and is just showing up or it could be that it did implant but didn't progress. I don't feel pregnant tho.

My embryo was a day behind in growth so though it was 5dt it was really only in for of 4dt compacting embryo. I'm not too hopeful but could be a late implanter but preparing myself for the worst. ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1464313689.950142.jpg

@lotsathoughts - Great news on the viagra hun that's fantastic, lets hope your egg quality is good now too x
@xinan - Its probably good you have left work hun, just too hard to try and carry on as normal. I really hope your fs has some answers. A second opinion might be worth considering, I loved my last fs and he did everything he could have possibly done but he admitted we were a difficult case so it was worth us seeking a second opinion to see if anyone else had other ideas. I hope to one day return to my old fs as my obstetrician if he will have me.

@Apples1234 - Sounds like things are pretty unclear still hun hope its a late implanter. When is your bt?

I just got a call to say they want me to go under a general and not a local because I have 18 follicles. There's a chance I will get OHSS. I'm day 11 with my cycle and today have started to feel a bit bloated, but it's not too bad. They'll put me on a drug to prevent it and said to keep my fluids up over the weekend.

I think with my PCOS I produce lots of eggs...what I need is quality. Just one good one pleeeeeaase.

My question for people who have had OHSS is when did you feel symptoms?

@lotsathoughts - I have never had OHSS but I have been at risk of it in all 3 of my EPU's (I also have pcos) where I have collected 15, 17 and 24 eggs. I would be very careful and look out for symptoms after EPU, keep up your fluids throughout the day, I was told to drink sustagen and hydrolytes also. Have they suggested using a different type of trigger to prevent it? I really hope you get the quality too x

    Thank you!
They've just reduced my puregon from 200 to 100 tonight.
    Ovidrel 250 is my trigger

@xinan, @Heyside & @lotsathoughts thank you so much for listening to me whinge and your support. Much appreciated. I really love this group it makes this whole IVF thing so much easier!
@skeeter, sorry to hear this news. Totally sucks.
@xinan I hope you're starting to feel a bit better. Glad you could leave work early. Don't feel guilty for it!
@lotsathoughts Have you ever had a GA before? They're not so scary. Fingers crossed you don't develop OHSS and your eggs are great quality and you get a positive from them.

@lotsathoughts - I still used the ovidrel trigger with my first two cycles hun and had no issues with ohss at all. My last cycle with Wazza he changed the trigger to reduce chances. I always have a general anesthetic and I don't think I would have it any other way, best sleep ever haha!!
@hopefull29 - That's what we are here for to support each other hun, I love having these threads to chat in too its my safe place, you all understand x
