@hopefull29 - Great that you have started things going hun, I have to say every cycle has been different for me, sometimes I feel bloated and tired other cycles O haven't felt much going on at all. Just listen to your body though and do what you need to get through. I sympathise too with dealing with other pregnancy announcements after my last bfn I dealt with four announcements over a 2 week period, two from very close family. Not many people know what we are going through and unfortunately some very fertile women have no idea thats its not as straight forward for everyone and come out with very hurtful comments, I want to let everyone know after we finish our Journey and educate people in someway what not to say to other women, even if I just get my story out over fb or something!
@skeeter - oh no hun so sorry to hear really hoping your little embie has started to develop overnight and you can go to transfer. I can so sympathise as I have been in that position, I had 3 frozen embies, two of which I transfered with no issues but bfn's. On my final transfer the embie wasn't re expanding after thaw and we had no back ups, we did transfer with not much hope but bfn it was devestating. We only have one embie frozen this time which has been pgd tested and its part of the reason we are doing another fresh cycle before transfering it. Big hugs hun x
@Muchulu1 - Really hoping it works out for you hun and you get a suprise bfp! You are right though all we can do is pick outselves up and keep going, people say how much stronger it will make us but I feel strong enough now come on its our time already!!
@Heartnutella - It does work for some ladies first time hun, hopefully your road will be short x

@skeeter - So so sorry hun my last message was wrote before I saw this, big hugs hun. Just remember its not your fault dont be hard on yourself, take some time for yourself xx

Just got news from the embryologist that nothing has fertilised again (two from two cycles with a total of 7 eggs)
Apparently not common, they don't know why.
Feeling very dejected and frustrated that this is not something I can fix.
Got the call at work which is even better as now crying in a meeting room wondering how I can make myself look presentable again.
Argh. Why does it have to be like this???

So sorry @skeeter that just plain sucks. I know there is nothing we can say to make you feel any better. Just know we're thinking of you. Big hugs x

@hopeful29 I'm sorry you have to be in that situation. It really sucks. Please vent because we all understand.

I actually have someone who's very close who called very recently to tell me about their pregnancy. She said she couldn't believe that she fell pregnant so quickly AGAIN! The first time she called me crying because she was in shock about how quick it was. That upset me and this time round it upset me again. So I finally told her that we're back doing IVF again (she knew we had to before) and that whilst I'm really happy for her it was hard hearing how quickly it happened for you. She was close enough to hear my honest feedback...but also close enough to know better. It really hurts when people don't know how they should talk about things. And I agree, I knew before trying what was socially acceptable. But on the other hand the lack of experience makes people a bit blind too. No excuse in my opinion but I know I can't change how people act. All I can do is look after my energy and give more to me and less to them.

    Sending hugs xx

People interested in viagra...My lining is up to 7.9 (Last time it was 6.4) Now need egg quality to be ok (which was the challenge last time).

    @Heyside @lotsathoughts

Thanks guys. Have managed to leave work (although feeling slightly guilty haven taken the last couple of days off for egg collection).
Awaiting call from FS. Got the impression from the embryologist that they really don't know why and that realistically there are not too many more tricks up their sleeve from that point of view. Suspect egg quality a factor so will need to look at additional ways I can attack that. I'm with genea and they have been great so I think realistically a lot of this is just me and DH and our myriad of 'factors' contributing to this result.
Don't want to give up hope for the future but can't help feeling that whatever chance there was is much less now.
Curious to know if other women out there have had poor fertilisation and if they were given any insights into causes / additional options.
So good knowing I'm not alone - somehow makes the burden easier to bear x
