    18+5 my first tap but I knew what I was looking for being my second (first placenta was posterior). Wasn't regular though til 22 weeks plus.

    Thanks for sharing your experiences! It seems to vary a whole lot. I guess I'll have to rely on regular scans for a while. If only I had one at home!

    I had twins and only felt at about 20 weeks.

    Great thread! I'm 12 weeks and sonographer said my placenta is in the front (so I suppose that's anterior). My GP said please don't worry if you haven't felt anything before the 20 week scan. She said its often alarming but it's very normal with anterior placenta. Will update here when I feel my first movement.

    20 weeks. My ob said I may not feel anything until 22 weeks. Don't stress about it.

    You were feeling Bub by week 15?

    Wow I didn't realise it could be so early.

    I had anterior placenta for both kids and didn't feel movements before 22 weeks. It was long!
