Scan showed dynamic cervix seeming to change under the wand just in the short time watching. At worst it's 10mm. Our states protocol stipulates no stitch until <10mm but taking into account my previous uterine failures (prior to pregnancy) my prof suggested stitch.
I go in for surgery in an hour.
