Default What to do with egg yolks??

    Hi everyone,
Just doing some Easter baking and I'm left with 9 egg yolks and have no idea what to do with them?
Anyone have any recipes?? Biscuits/cakes/muffins/slices I'll take anything 😝 just really didn't want to throw out all 9 of them...
    TIA

I have a brownie recipe that takes 3 whole eggs and two yolks - I can post the link if you like.

I'm sure Nigella Lawson would have some cake recipes with egg yolks. She does rich foods!

Thanks everyone some awesome ideas that I totally didn't think off. Their still sitting in my fridge as I had a huge day baking yesterday but will do something with them today. I think I'll try the mousse or custard
    Thanks again
