    Default March 2016 TTC #2

Hi ladies, I'm back after a week or so off. I had decided to not 'try' anymore this month due to issues with DH not wanting to BD at the right time & me stressing out& getting upset. Anyway, I didn't end up O'ing when I expected, my temp has only gone up today so fingers crossed I finally O'd yesterday on CD26.

Oh ... and we got a BD in yesterday and on Sunday. That means if O was yesterday we had one BD on O day and one 3 days before. Game on!!

    😄😄😄

Personal questions: so in FF after you ovulate it gives you a wee chart thing listing the days you BD. It's gives 3 days before ovulation, the day of ovulation and the day after.

How many times are people aiming to BD in this window? Every day? Once?

@Thescientist mine would vary depending on when my partner is home but during that time this cycle we BD 4 times 😊

We try everyday but probably average 4/6 days in the lead up and one day after. I got completely fed up this month and stopped two days before O but nailed a day with lots of EWCM (which is perfect). I read that if you nail a day with loads of EWCM the sperm can travel and survive (lots of nutrients) up to 5 days. That's the key. If you've dried up or gone creamy there is less chance the sperm will make it to the Fallopian tube in time. Hope this helps.

I aim for every second day. I had intended on getting lots in over the long weekend, but DH was sick, so that didn't happen

@Thescientist if you have seen my previous posts you'll see that I consider pretty much anything in the fertile window as a successful attempt that cycle! but I have complicating factors. Technically we are supposed to be aiming for every 2nd day, it's just not always the way it goes.
