He wouldn't check it and said I could only take Panadol. The headache is still there but not as bad tonight.

    Default Headache medication

I got dreadful headaches during second trimester lasting just under a month I think?

I had to avoid playing on my phone, chocolates, reading, anything really, as it triggered them, it was so awful.

You can take codeine when pregnant, I found panadol simply didn't cut it. So I took Panadeine from the chemist.

    Hugs xxx

Eta just go straight up the counter and ask for generic Panadeine. Don't mention you're pregnant, if they ask say you have a sore neck. It is safe- just many chemists are very very risk adverse and won't give you anything over the counter at all if you mention you're preggars and won't even look up to see if it's safe. Good luck, I feel for you xxxx

Headaches are much better. Noticed my ankles are puffy today though.

You are on your feet a lot though.

Lots of fluids, feet up at night and let your DH and DD treat you like a princess

Mention it at your midwife/ob appointment and just take note that it goes down after resting up.
