Hi everyone, I'm joining this thread as I'm hoping April will be my month.
I had a mc on the 10/3 and am just about finished bleeding now so will be ready to start BD any day now.
I don't plan on testing unless I feel pregnant. I knew I was quite early that I was pregnant with DS (2) and again knew very early again with this pregnancy.
I've fallen pregnant each time we've tried so I hope we have the same luck this time.

I am actually! I finally got a temp spike this morning, so now just have to wait three days to see where it puts ovulation. Boy am I glad that's over for the month!

I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage 😞 I also had a mc on the 2/3 at 8 weeks (also measured 8 weeks but no heart beat). I had a d n c, 4/3. I counted that as CD1 and ovulated right on time ☺️

    Default April 2016 TTC

A question for those who have unfortunately had to have a d&c in the past (sorry to bring up painful memories girls ).

Was your first AF really heavy? I feel like a teenager again getting a horrible AF and worried about leaking constantly . (For some reason when I was in my teens I had really heavy periods and used to always worry my pad was leaking at school ). I was put on the pill at 15 to reduce the severity of AF and was then told by the nun at my catholic boarding school it wasn't the type of pill that meant you could have sex .

I haven't had AF yet, but my doctor told me it could be heavier than normal.

    Good morning ladies.

Sorry for those of you that have had losses

I have a question, last night the doctor told me she is only doing a progesterone blood test on cd21, and I'm pretty sure she told me previously that she was going to on cd28 as well.

Question is, how is she going to get an accurate idea if its only on cd21??

Oh and still spotting from my pap, cd12 boo hoo

@brodiesmummy2011 I had this the other day and they do the progesterone blood test on cycle day 21 because it rises gradually after ovulation. So by doing it cycle day 21 it will be high if you've ovulated. Hope that makes sense. Not very good at explaining xx
