@Blossom Earlier you were saying you wished you hadn't spent the money/emotional energy on a final OE cycle. After achieving an OE pregnancy with Blossom, in your heart, I think you most probably needed to give it a go. Now you won't have unanswered questions. xx

As to the first part of your post hon, I say BUGGER THEM! They don't like it for one reason and one reason only - you've brought down their success rates. To hell with that though! You have every right to seek further assistance. You are entitled to try as many damn times as you like! It is YOUR body and YOUR dream of a baby, and YOUR money. If they don't want to help you, find someone else who bl00dy will! That is just the sort of BS attitude I hate in fertility clinics....

    Rant over, lol

With respect to the second part of your post, yes, I suppose you're right. I do remember saying "I need to give this one last go for peace of mind." I guess if it had been successful I never would have regretted it, lol. I'm just bummed about the money

Bah ha ha! Shagging? No, not I. AF came with a vengeance yesterday so I have the perfect excuse to get out of it!

Baking, YES. Now that I can get on board with! I made 6 batches (yes, SIX!) of chocolate chip cookies. I baked one batch (18 cookies to a batch) and froze the other 5 batches for later on. I'm feeling so organised!

Yesterday we took her to a "Picnic with the Easter Bunny" at the local shopping centre and she walked everywhere and only fell down on the odd occasion

FANTASTIC news that your LO is up and at 'em with the walking @BIB. You've done such a wonderful job with all her therapy and I'm sure it has played a huge part in her development. Well done Momma, good job!

I also reckon you've hit the nail on the head with your idea of ex-DH moving out. How can you possibly know how you feel if he is still there living with you? You need your own space to be able to think clearly about what you want and what is best for your LO. You may stay separated, you may get back together in due course. Who knows? But I think therapy, whilst a great idea, can expose a lot of anger and hostility as you try and heal yourself. I applaud that you want to be able to keep that from your DD, and I think you're doing a marvelous job of doing so.

Annnnnddd I'm up to date! Good morning everyone!

Today I have some paperwork to do, I have to follow up costs with my clinic for a DE cycle, I need to edit my advertisements to get them just right (have prepared one looking for an egg donor and one for an embryo donor, just in case), and I have to go to the bank and make an appointment to discuss a personal loan to pay for this DE cycle. Busy, busy!

Yesterday DH and I went out into the forest (yes, literally) to chop wood. We only have wood heating here (which is marvelous in one way, but crappy in that we have to chop wood!) I hauled 2 tonne of wood, all on my own! We have 2 loads being delivered at the end of the month, and next weekend we'll chop 2 more loads, and then we should be warm for Winter.

    What's everyone else doing today?

I'm up to date now too!!
Tahli I don't know what to say. Sounds like you're already making plans so that's good you're being pro active, really thought it would work this time for you.
Me and DH are getting our dork on volunteering this week at the national folk festival in Canberra. Sounds worse than it is. It's quite fun. (But slightly dorkish) what is this talk of woolies ice cream tubs?!!

' Morning love! Yeah, I missed that talk too. You would have thought my ears would have been been burning or something, to notify me of the fact there there was food talk happening in my absence

My DH is a bit of a dork too. He tells me that he was not popular at school because he was in the brass band, playing the trumpet.

Our much loved one-liner is that he's not hot but he's not cool either

    Poor DH
