@midnite1 congratulations it's so exciting getting a new place ! @faithandhopellove cute bubba but what a shame Angel-Bub didn't give you a pic. Have you had any weight, lengths on Bub yet? I'm off for my next scan tomorrow to see how chunky mine are.... Starting to get scared about how big I'm getting. Got a good photo of us from yesterday's baby shower but not sure whether I should post both our faces, but jeez I look huge for 6.5 months :0 @Maxwellsmum that's strange. My nieces and nephews all seem to be a bit like that too, couldn't care less when we arrive, but there is no excuse for the adults behaviour. Is there one of them you can have an open and honest conversation with about what might be going on? If you get no answers and it's just hurtful to go on like that, yes just wipe them for a bit and see if anybody comes looking for you I guess. See if they really DO want to see you. Sounds like something is going on to me, that nobody wants to raise...?

@Bongley How have you weaned off Metformin in the past? I'm only on the 500gms in the morning.
I have one frozen embryo left in CT but I don't see any point transferring it. I'm just not getting anywhere with these short lived pregnancies. I just don't know what to do.
Dr W said if I fly all the way over there and the embryo doesn't thaw well then I won't be offered anything from their embryo bank, so a $3k risk. To do a full new fresh donor cycle is around $13k.
@Tahli WHY wouldn't they offer you anything? This sux.

@Tahli- is just sucks. We all saw the line, it was there. Hopefully you can have some more investigations done to get to the bottom of why this is happening.

Im just so gutted for you too. I really thought this was going to be fine, Im gathering you've done more than 1 test this morning?

What about giving yourself some time to get healthy, get off all the drugs and just really nurture yourself back to good clean health. In the mean time, find somewhere you can go for the HyCoSy, aim to get that done somewhere and then re-evaluate. Would you consider trying a minimal drug approach cycle? I mean taking out all the extra stuff and just doing what you need to, FSH, trigger and LP support? I just wonder whether all those drugs really help sometimes, you're poor body has been through the wringer this past few weeks. Take care lovely

Thanks @tuxcat I know they have a lot more in common with each other. TBH I think my sister in law doesn't like me and perhaps my brothers don't like my DH much. It is my sister in law who always opts to sit as far away as possible and then her husband sits beside her and my other brother sits next to him (as they are close) I think she is causing a lot of the exclusion. I just feel really sad and awful now after last night and we never go out for dinners so i hate that they ruined not just me evening but my whole week end. Thank you for your reply a lot of what you said made sense. They are closer as all their kids are close in age and I too get excluded from a lot of stuff that just they do together which doesn't bother me as we too have fairly seperate interests to them. Mostly I just sort of expect that even if you didn't like someone you would make an effort to at least polite chit chat at some point. I have spoken to my parents before about it and they have spoken to them but nothing seems to ever change. Yes my parents notice it which is why they have these meals to try to bring us together but it always just makes me feel like I am a leper or I have a bad stink or something ( for lack of terms ITKWIM)

@Tahli my doc told me to wean off 500mg per week so you could just stop but I have been taking metformin between cycles too. I am so sorry and shocked this cycle hasn't worked for you again.

Hi to everyone else, I am in Vancouver at the moment. Just made a little speech at my SIL's funeral. It was tough but everyone got through it with tears and good humour.
@winsor so sorry about little Gracie. It's just been an awful few weeks for you. And for tahli. March does indeed suck.

I'm so sorry @Bongley. I'm so self absorbed this morning. I forgot you were in Vancouver. Well done on getting through your speech. I bet you spoke beautifully. How are your brother and niece? Huge hugs to all of your family, .

@Tahli no worries, you have every right to be. It's just awful to go through so much and just have that line fade out so soon.

Yeah, there wasn't a dry eye, such a beautiful service. Photos of my sil everywhere and wonderful stories told.

Not looking forward to the jet lag on the way back but it was well worth coming out here.

Sorry I haven't been posting much, I've been overwhelmingly busy and just in my own little world trying to sort out what is next in my own journey...

@winsor I just wanted to say how beautifully you wrote about the passing of little Gracie and that I truly do think we sense when they leave us. I have felt that happy feeling leave too and have known in that instant that my bubba has passed. I'm so sorry for what you are going through and love some of the ideas that have been shared here about how to commemorate her. I do hope this isn't the end of the road for you and that DE does become an option for you to both more forward.

@Tahli I just have no words hon. This must be beyond devastating for you and with no reasons found, it just defies logic and doesn't make any sense. You did everything possible to get those little embies over the line, so don't blame yourself at all for not having that procedure - you don't know that it would have made any difference at all to the final outcome. Take some time to grieve, see what the doctors have to say, and take your time working out what the next step might be. I wish I was there to give you the biggest hugs and eat chocolate and cry with you today. It is heart-breaking.

@Bongley I'm thinking of you at the funeral on the other side of the world and I'm so glad you were able to make it there and be there for your family at such a difficult time. Suicide is just horrific. A friend of mine took her life eighteen months ago and she had a little two year old boy and it was beyond horrific for her husband and family. The husband has really struggled to cope and is still trying to deal with it. I hope your brother and niece have a lot of love and support around them to help them through.

@Blossom74 I'm thinking of you too and even though I know you are busy planning the next stage and moving towards DE I know that your heart will still be heavy and in mourning for what might have been. Hope you are taking good care of yourself and DH is looking after you.

@midnite01 that's very exciting about the house! Congratulations on getting it and I'm sure you will make it beautiful.

@Gagingi so happy that Day 6 came through for you and I look forward to hearing the next stage!

Lots of love to @faithandhopellove and @JulieMalooley
@Charlie74 I know you wrote a beautiful big post about where you are at and I didn't get the chance to reply to that, but just want you to know that we all totally understand your thoughts and feelings and you are definitely not alone.

@BlondeinBrisvegas and we will organise that catch up soon!

to everyone else that I haven't mentioned personally, I am following along and cheering or commiserating from the sidelines.
