I'm not sure. as I understand it her husband committed suicide a couple of years ago so I think the article/video is talking about how strong her kids are. I couldn't watch it yet either

I'm just working. had to go into the office to collect my replacement laptop so will probably be copying files all weekend. I put on a dress today and DP said I looked pretty & gave me a big hug so that was nice (I don't wear dresses often - have been wearing shorts/skirts all through summer). still haven't felt like chocolate so we might have a low chocolate easter this year (last year I didn't have any either as was in hospital/recovering). though I did buy a couple of florentines for afternoon tea whilst out, so there's some chocolate in those. trying to keep eating well (apart from icecream & strawberries for late night snacks, oops). we went for a walk last evening which was nice. will go for more over the weekend. just had an email that my EDA login was enabled, so will start reading up there. last night I had to bring the plant in - I told DP it was just until I know she's all gone (physically). he was ok with it. she still got the sun this morning. it's nice to go say hi. (hopefully I won't get too obsessed)

@Blossom74, @winsor is right, Robyn's husband commited suicide last year and being in the public eye (Brisbane radio and weekend morning tv) it was public and she was so raw and honest about it all and is such an amazing person. She has three teenage sons and the video was definitely a tear-jerker, but not in a sad way. She was making a dedication to her son on his 16th birthday, so she did talk about his birth and how proud she was of him, and she cried through the whole thing. It was beautiful and touching and makes my heart yearn to be that Mum someday who's heart is bursting with love for their child and the person they are becoming. So not yucky sad, but very emotional.

AFM I've been juice fasting so no chocolate or yummies here! Bring on the beetroot, celery, apple & ginger! DH and I are going out tonight to celebrate our five day fast - probably with beer juice and wine juice Not quite the way to break a fast but we need a night out and hey, it's Easter! Am going to buy some Easter eggs for DSS and my family today, but am going to be strong and not get any for myself.

Note new signature, no more dwelling on the past.

I'm still in Canberra at the national folk festival. It starts tonight and we have finished up all our volunteer shifts so get to enjoy the music till Monday night. Not that I really go see much happy to stay at the campsite with my kindle! And bubhub of course. Didn't pack any sweets which was good/unusual but they have great veggie food stalls here and a fab stall that sells amazing chai tea and brownies. They have yoga on every morning so will do a bit of that, catch up with friends who come every year and just chillax. Looking forward to basically doing nothing! Hope everyone else has a nice relaxing break!
