Thanks @infinity888 important thing is its treatable. I've had bv in the past and I'm paranoid it's caused me to be infertile in addition to the nkc, mthfr mutations and who knows what else. The more you search the more you seem to find wrong.

Hi lovelies - I've been a bit quiet last couple of days. It's not fab news -- out of a whopping 20 eggs retrieved last Thursday, only 4 fertilised. It looks as though all 4 embies arrested today. To add insult to injury, I have a mild-moderate case of hyperstim :-(

This means that we've had a total of 50 eggs retrieved over 3 cycles, with nothing to transfer from any of it - no blasts, and only 1 partial morula once (a lagging day 6 one that didn't go further). DP and I were commiserating about our latest epic fail this afternoon, and we agreed that we feel like weird simultaneous over/underachievers :-)

Our WTF meeting will happen soon. I wonder whether FS will suggest one more OE cycle with a changed protocol, or if he'll skip straight to the DE idea. DP is very against DE, but I'n starting to think it might be a good next plan.

@Blossom74 we paid for our IVF with a personal loan. If you pass the criteria, they don't even ask you what it's for.

@CAEsurdust yeah im wondering just how much scarring damage its caused. Grrr im greatful to wazza for letting me know but i now have a whole new anxiety. From dr google only it seems that Ab's stop it but not sure they can undo damage already done. Also not sure what this does for upcoming cycle. Does anyone know if Doryx effects egg quality etc.

    Oh @Rubywhoohoo how unbelievably shi1ty!!!!
So sorry, maybe it's all a bit to soon and too raw to for DP just now. I think men respond better to fact than emotion so depending on what happens at your WTF appointment he may walk away with a better understanding of what is and isn't possible. My DP didn't seemed to phased at all about DE, not sure if that's a good or bad thing sometimes X

I hope it hasn't caused scarring and understand how another answer causes another lot of anxiety. Do ab affect egg quality? I've also been on ab to heal the skin condition I developed from coming off the pred. If they do I best hold off spending a fortune on a cycle. I'll ask my nurse on the 1st about it but if anyone else knows please share.

Infinity888 Wazza is super awesome hey he just picks up so many things that other FS's miss. You already know your in the best hands now so hopefully it's just a matter of time now for you to get that BFP @MissDa you can compare your love for your pets to the love you would have for a person. I love my pets more than many people their love is unconditional and their loyalty is complete. I was going to get a tattoo on my arm about my current fur baby saying"Max to the moon and back" because when we snuggle up I always tell him I love him to the moon and back and he sort of lays their moon gazing back at me lol sometimes he just rolls his eyes at me.🐾. So yes I can confirm the fantales is yummo but very sweet so portion control is a must.

@Rubywoohoo sorry Hun about the shi1tty cycle, the hyper stim and your DH's stance on DE's. It's just awful for you. Do you usually hyper stim when you do IVF stims? Has you doctor changed up your protocols each time? If not have you tried another specialist to get another opinion? Otherwise if you have done all that then Yes donor eggs might be the ticket it might just take the DH a bit to get into that head space. My DH used to be against DS too but after 8 fails and seeing the pain and toll that stims took on me he is happy to do it as he just wants me to be happy and healthy and for us to be a family. Take care and get well xo I just remembered your with Wazza to aren't you. Is this your first Wazza cycle? He will change it up that is for sure but also be prepared for him to tell you it might be time to move onto DE's. He tells it pretty straight x
