I just tried to make an apt to have the stupid Tubal Patency Test done. The first 2 places I called didn't have any availability and the third is making me ring back on cd1.
I don't have a FS so to speak. LB is just the CT facilitator. I'll see what Dr W at CFC says. He'll most probably reserve comment until the Tubal Patency. I wonder if he'll stay to stop, and not to progress with a new ED.
I rang Dr M's office but spent so long on hold I had to hang up. I'll recall Dr M but I don't see much point to it.

Yeah, I'd definitely call. You just never know what he/she might say. (Sorry, I don't know who Dr M is, lol.)

As for Dr W, well, I don't think he can tell you to stop with a new DE cycle, can he? I mean, he can advise against it all he likes if he thinks it's not going to work, but he can't really stop you!

And hell, if he does try and get in your way, I'm sure another of your Doctors could guide you through the process?

Hugs to you hon. I know that hopeless feeling too bl00dy well myself. Just remember the sun will shine after every storm

hugs @Tahli. fwiw I think your progesterone is still a good value. they seem to like 30+ (though I've also read 10+ so not sure if that's using a different scale perhaps o/s?)

    A question for you @Tahli....

I read all the time about people going to CT and Greece for egg donors.

Is there a reason you've not looked into local (as in, Australian) donors?

Am I the only person in the Bub Hub community doing it this way?

Am I frucking it all up and doing it wrong?!

afm I cancelled my appts (had a cry). am off work today, resting. we talked about what to do with her - we were going to put her in the ocean so she's in liquid again but I keep having nightmares about her being washed up on the beach and not staying in the ocean, or needing to weigh her down & go out in a boat to place her further out, so I've changed my mind and am going to bury her in a pot with Lomandra Longifolia - it's a native Australian bush grass that we love - really healthy for bush regeneration and the grasses can be used for weaving. I'm not really a rosebush type (& would hate to kill the plant), so I think this will be better suited to us. and am in an apartment. it's pretty hardy to grow in most conditions and can be indoors also (& on the balcony). we might be able to get some from DP's Mum's place too as there's lovely bushland in the yard and on the mountain down south (or at least it will remind us of there - where we were planning on living with the bub). then if we move to a house later we can plant some outside also. and I can make little weavings from the leaves that fall. if the plant dies she'll still be in the earth. we're going to wrap her in some heirloom cloth from DP's family and I'll embroider her name and a message that we love her onto it, and wrap in my cloth too. DP grew up in the bush, and I spent my early years there too before moving to the city. DP doesn't really like the ocean. this way I'll be reminded of her too (not that I need much reminding) whenever I see Lomandra (everywhere) so I think it's a good plan for us.

not sure what our future will be yet. I'll hang out here till we work things out if that's ok, plus I want to see you all get your bubs. thanks again everyone for all your support during my pregnancy and loss & IVF journey & rollercoaster ride. it's made things easier being able to share and write my feelings with you all. xx

Oh hon, thank you for sharing your journey with us I think you've chosen to remember your daughter in a lovely way which has special meaning to you both.

As far as hanging out here on the board, well, frankly I couldn't imagine you not being here! I don't think you need to be actively IVF'ing to be here hon. The fact is that you have done IVF and are an integral part of this thread, whether you are cycling or not. Please don't feel like you have to drift away now. The main reason for you being here - support from others who understand - is still important. That doesn't change no matter where you are at in your journey.

sounds lovely @winsor. Stay around for sure xx

@Tahli sending you big hugs xx Im with blossom -they cant tell you to stop, its your decision, they can only advise you.

@Blossom74 Im doing local too, we want any children to be able to trace their history so we're looking for a known donor. Im not even thinking too far ahead with it all yet, I guess we have our last shot cycle coming up soon so thats our focus really, altho I have advertised so we will see what happens if we get to that point (and lets face it, we probably will). I think you will have noticed EDA is pretty busy so I think there are a lot more people doing it locally than maybe BH appears.
