I did it with my fs. I can't remember exactly, but around the 400 mark? I've thrown so much money around that I think I've blocked it from memory!

Have you join this group ? because this group can have lots of supplements for MTHFR pregnancy informations and group disscuss. For me , I also need to take folate and vit b6 and b12. To be honest or maybe I am wrong , i cant find any real folate supplement from Australia supplement brands. And I have to order one of supplement like folate ,vit b12 and vit 6 from I Herb website . Definitely can, one copy of each. One of the copies is from my mother and the other copy is from my father. Overachiever, I am!

Hi ladies; hope you don't mind me jumping in your thread. I thought it would be interesting for you to know that I have high natural killer cells. I was blessed to get pregnant after my 4th round of ICSI but it was the first round I was treated for NKC. The 1st round I had after having my son in 2013 I was also treated for NKC but it was a failed cycle. Given the financial pressure of IVF, DH and I decided to try out the new bulk bill IVF in Melbourne. Interestingly, I have since found out that NKC is a hugely controversial topic. Apparently it's not even treated for at all in Europe. Research shows that NKC in the blood work completely differently to uterine NKC. Anyway to cut a long story short I am currently in the TWW (BT on good Friday) in a cycle where I haven't been treated. I'm feeling really positive but also a little nervous about ignoring my NKC so to speak. Putting my full trust in the specialist (and God)!! Would love to know your thoughts?? Who else is in Melbourne getting treated for NKC? Anyone seeing Dr Lolatgis at Monash? Anyone also in the TWW??

Hi ange1111 I only just realised there must be a new thread as haven't been getting the dailies! I chose nick L for immune issues & also cause I couldn't cycle in nsw with my donor... I considered kee ong but nick is more immune friendly & PGD at Monash Melbourne is excellent. Are you with genea? Personally if I could've cycled in nsw we would've gone with the amazing alison gee at genea & dr m of course, she refers difficult issues to him so no issues there, I'd go with her!

Wanted to share these two studies from another forum I'm in - for anyone with RIF/RPL or failed IVF - in the uterine profiling study of the 394 women with IVF fails, 57% had overactive immune indicators (so needed steroids +/ intralipids, Vit E, Progesterone) but 25% were underactive (so needed endometrial scratch + HCG + BD post transfer). Pretty compelling results from using Tacrolimus too from the Japanese study. Hope it helps!
