    Hi Hopeful,
This is my first cycle with Dr.M protocol. My CD56 was 90% in the uterus and 70% in the blood and hence the intense meds. I have already had 2 miscarriages and I asked him to throw everything at this cycle.. Were your levels lower?

Have you read the book "it starts with the egg"- stacks of genre at info and science on these supps in there.
Oh great thank you ange1111. So glad you felt fine taking them!! Also when do you start LIT? I'm on these supplements for 3 months and then I have to call my FS nurse the week before my period on the third month. That when you do LIT before you do an IVF cycle? So much I don't know x

Most of my latest tests are back.. all mostly within the normal range other than a couple of things.

I've tested heterozygous for both MTHFR mutations, the C677T and the A1298C. Any idea as to the treatment for having both? Anyone out there with experience of both detections?

    Feeling a little lost..

Blood NKC have come back within the normal range, but I am going to see FS to have the actual biopsy done/tested.

    Default Help please!

Not sure what to do. I am on CD 5 and am having a medicated FET. Scan to decide isn't until next Wednesday. All my other FETs have been between CD14 and 16. I need to get intralipids but not sure when to get them this sat or next sat. Is 2-4 days before transfer too early or would 9-11days be better.
So confused right now! Thoughts please!

I am just about to start for my upcoming cycle. Dr M said start 10 days before transfer and then for the 1st trimester but while they monitor bloods every 2 weeks and they will send an email giving you instructions on what to do...take more or miss a day etc.
I just had an appointment yesterday where he outlined it all for me.
