@Miss Sagi - I just googled... Is it a Dr Gamal Matthias???
Thats him. He got me my twins!
Hi all, i am currently in 2ww and am taking neupogen. I got a missed call and voice mail from Gwenyth but i couldn't understand if she said to omit 1 dose or admit 1 dose? She didnt give result over the phone. Anyone know what could be going on? Im still not too sure what neupogen does but its something to do with wbc? Im currently taking one vial divided into 5 injections and take one daily. So its a fifth of the vial every day. Should i be worried?
What did she say exactly? Neupogen raises your white blood cell count. Are you getting a full blood count every week? Dr m uses those results to monitor your WBC and adjusts neupogen accordingly. I was also on one vial divided into 5 then after 12 weeks or so, started dividing into 7. I reckon just take your dose today as normal and call gwyneth tomorrow. Even if she said omit, taking one tonight won't hurt.
She didnt give much info. I just had my first bt yesterday because i thought he said to get tested 2weekly. Could having too much or too less in my system do anything to the embryo thats in there? @BB77
The blood tests are just to make sure that your WBC count doesn't get to a level so high that it's harmful to you. One dose honestly won't make a difference. The higher white blood cell count in the uterus are protective of the embryo.
hi thank you for the assurance that it can actually eventually work. May I know how many transfer and cycle with the same protocol before you got pregnant? I was on 4 dex a day, claxene, intralipids a week before the transfer, 2 LIT. I was diagnose with MTHFR, Natural Killer Cell 40% 54 cell I think. All embyros that was transferred are all good according to the embryologist. Ive got HLA match with my husband as well.
