    I have 3 people involved. The clinic overseas, Dr M and FS ob locally. I am very lucky that they all accept Dr M protocol and support me with it. My ob at least has researched it all and understands it.

    Re the mthfr I have this too. I don't understand which type just that I have a mutation. The clinic overseas recommended a multivitamin femibion which has metafolin. Unfortunately you can not get it in Aus and buying online is tricky as I never found a version in English. I just sent pics to the clinic to confirm which one. When I told dr m I was taking that he said good and no need to take the 5 mg folic acid.

    Another question re Neupogen. How long do you take this? At this stage dr m has just said start 10 days before transfer. He's going to go n to more detail when I see him for LIT.

    We have also identified this time that DH has sperm DNA fragmentation rate of 49% so quite high. Going with a mix of his sperm and donor sperm and see which gives us the best embryos.

    Hi Miss Sagi

    Have Dr M told you about your NK cell result from blood test how high was ? Because my NKC was 27 quite high from blood test, but he done my NKC biopsy test result was normal . This is quite confusing to me. Has anyone like me the NKC result different from biopsy and blood test?

    Thanks for answering. I just bought Solgar Vitamin B12 and Throne prenatal both. I bought Seeking health prenatal vitamin before. That was really good brand, but too expensive to send to Australia. I can't afford it again.

    @Jee Jee no vitamin B

    I've been taking Thorne for over a year coz I couldn't find any multi vitamin / pre natal that didn't have folic acid in it... Thorne has methylated folate 🏻

    Hi ladies. I have 1 more week until my scan where i should be around 7+5weeks. I have been freaking out all weekend as I had a spot of brown and then non stop cramping which is still going. This is how all my other 7MC started so I am a little freaked out!
    I just needed to tell someone as noone knows about this pregnacy. DH thinks I should do more bloods which I am leanibg too but am scared to face reality at the same time. Why does this have to be so hard?
    Dr M wants to see me after scan but I haven't booked yet hope I will get in.
