I have 3 people involved. The clinic overseas, Dr M and FS ob locally. I am very lucky that they all accept Dr M protocol and support me with it. My ob at least has researched it all and understands it.
Re the mthfr I have this too. I don't understand which type just that I have a mutation. The clinic overseas recommended a multivitamin femibion which has metafolin. Unfortunately you can not get it in Aus and buying online is tricky as I never found a version in English. I just sent pics to the clinic to confirm which one. When I told dr m I was taking that he said good and no need to take the 5 mg folic acid.
Another question re Neupogen. How long do you take this? At this stage dr m has just said start 10 days before transfer. He's going to go n to more detail when I see him for LIT.
We have also identified this time that DH has sperm DNA fragmentation rate of 49% so quite high. Going with a mix of his sperm and donor sperm and see which gives us the best embryos.
