Sitting in Dr Ms waiting for my LIT treatment top up. I should be starting my 6th stim cycle any day now, just waiting on AF which I can feel coming!
I started taking my dexamethasone 3 days ago but I do remember him telling me to start on CD 1 and thats ok . I will be aaking about neupogen, clexane, progesterone and the best time for intralipids cos I forget it all and I have been doing FETs.
I will post back with what he says

Hi girls, for those who used neupogen, did Dr M monitor your white blood cell? My specialist did a blood test for me and my white blood cell is really high which I think is due to the use of neupogen. I'm a little concerned. Are there any side effects? Is it going to do any harm to my body?

Yes he got me to do weekly blood tests at laverty the whole time I was on it and they sent the results to him. He said not to be worried if the count is high, that GPs will often raise the alarm but he monitors it and adjusts dose accordingly. Is he not getting you to do weekly full blood count?

So I had my LIT treatmemt and asked all kinds of questions about my medication protocol.
    - No clexane until after transfer due to EPU
    - Dexamthasone starts CD1 3 tabs per day spaced out how I would like. I do 2 in the morning and 1 at lunch.
    - Neupogen start dsy after EPU and get FBC after about a week and then every 7 to 10 days roughly to montior and adjust.
    - Intralipd before transfer 7-10 days is good but can be as early as 3 days before transfer. I am penciled in for the 21st May but may move to 28th if cycle doesn't go to plan.
    - Start progesterone 200mg after EPU in prep for transfer and then increase by 400mg per day after transfer and then more if required.
-Antibiotics 2 days before EPU to prevent anyinfections in prep for FET.
-I will also trigger with pregnal and have a top up in 2WW.
Now to hope ot all works

Olive79, I've done my fresh cycle and had pregnyl top up during the 2WW. Yes it is for boosting up HCG and progesterone. As I had it on day 6 after transfer I am thinking of asking my FS at day 3-4 this time. U know when to trigger it?
