Interested to hear the reply also. I thought Dr M may have given me a types treatment plan on Monday but it was all just verbally given as well as scripts. So much to remember! Is anyone taking baby asprin and clexane? I forgot to ask him if i should stop my baby asprin.

What about other supplements? I hear you have to stop Cq10 as well?
Not stopped melatonin yet. I asked him if I should stop and he said no so I am still on it for now. I stopped COQ10 though as it was getting expensive.

I would say to stay on the baby aspirin. I am on both aspirin and clexane. Ask him for a pen and paper to write it down. I did!

Yes I took lots of notes but now reading everyone else's protocols is making me question my own vitamins. I forgot to ask him about my vitamins and just was focusing on the scripted meds. It wouldn't be such a problem if the clinic had a better way of dealing with enquiries. Emails never get returned and, well you know how the receptionist is

i have a question for anyone on neupogen- one pharmacy told me to get it on an authority script. Does anyone know if this is possible? I know someone else posted about neupogen a week or two ago and I think the rough price range is 900-1500. I have found a chemist that has quoted 1000 but he also recommended I try to get an authority script. Can anyone offer advice?
Also, interested to hear if you can get neupogen on authority script my fs said you can't as its not classed as an IVF drug & is used by cancer patients

Girls, just to let you know that I called Dr M's office, they said you can either continue melatonin or stop it once you get a BFP. It does not really matter. Thought I would let you know in case anyone else has the same question

    Hi ladies,

It's been a long time since I've posted on here after seeing dr M last year. I've had another consult with him and he's explained that my NKC's are some of the highest he's seen. Around 47% or something. Has anyone ever had this amount of natural killer cells? We also have a DQ alpha match type thing (I'm not sure what he called it) and I also need to be on clexane.

Dr M has recommended Neupogen and LIT for us, It's a lot to do and pay for but at least it's something. I'm just worried my NK cells are too high to do anything about.

Also, do any of you lovely ladies know where the best chemist in sydney or online would be to buy Neupogen and how much it may cost?

Thank you as always for all of your insightful help and advice xx

Hi @ECM1981 Dr M prescribed me Neupogen as well and when we were ringing around for prices they also asked if it was an authority script. My understanding is I couldn't get it under authority script as it is not being used as part of cancer treatment. I sourced it from my compounding chemist for $955.55, he gave me the insulin syringes for free where another chemist charged me $1 per syringe.
