Ladies, I understand LIT has to be done in Sydney. But what about Neupogen? How is it done? Is it an injection? Can that be done in Melbourne?

@SophJ neupogen can be bought at any chemist (might need to be ordered in) and you inject yourself with it. I had to buy mine in vials and be tutored by dr m as to how to take it.

    Thanks @BB77!
For LIT, is it only for DQ gene match? Do we have any girls here who don't have a DQ gene match but still need to do LIT?

    Hi ladies
ive been reading along for a while...
just after some advice. I'm seeing the only doc in WA who does intrapilids here. He's advised me he can administer these one month before a FET and then one week before transfer. Does this sound right? Also I've had the blood tests for nk cells and it seems I don't have any. Would you still do the intrapilids? I have been through more than ten iVF cycles. This is my second donor cylce. Last one recently resulted in an ectopic. My FS has me on asprin, predliserone for my upcoming HRT FET cycle
    thanks ladies xx

Hi, yes this is correct. I see him too and he does them at Glengarry Hospital. Was it the same Dr that did the blood test? Sometimes nkc dont show on bloods but will be present in the uterus. DR S did a biposy for me and goty nkc results for that. Perhaps you can ask him about this. I am now also seeing Dr M and can recommend that you make an appointment with him before your next round of ivf because he can test for lots of things other Drs dont. He is a reproductive immunologist based in Sydney. He has a wait list and it is a bit tricky organising from Perth but you can do a phone consult with him and he will ask you questions and order blood tests for you.
You can do the intralipids even if you dont have nkc as they dont harm but they are expensive too. When is your HRT fet? Have you been diagnosed with anything else? Xxx
