Definitely toasted here too! But not too much where it's turned black. Just enough to heat them!!

    With butter or course 👌🏼

Fresh? warm, but not crunchy. No butter, margarine or anything else.
If they're a little older or have been frozen, then anything goes. Toasted with philly cream cheese is nice!

Always hot. Sometimes cut open and done in the sandwich press or if I'm lazy in the microwave. Then cooled slightly before buttering so that not all the butter melts.

Yep..I split them in half, toast them under the griller until they're a lovely crispy brown, a good smear of butter and some jam to finish them off...Delish!!

No I don't toast or butter them. Just eat as is.

Fresh, no toasting required, just loads of butter.

A few days old? Slightly toasted (or warmed in the microwave) with butter

I split them, lay them out on baking tray, grill the outide, then turn them over and grill the inside. Then lots of real butter. I let them cool a little so the butter doesnt melt right away into liquid. Original fruit and spice all the way.

I think they're incredibly overrated, though I'm really not a big sultana fan.

If I was to eat one, it would have to be warm and buttered up to the max.

I put ours in the oven for 15 minutes. Gives the outside a little crunch, but the inside is soft and fluffy. Then cut, butter and devour!
