Default Wedding dress dry cleaning help/advice

So I've taken it back, she flat out refused to believe the blue colouring was from the blue acid free paper, despite it being the exact same colour. She basically implied I didn't know what I was talking about.

She handled my dress as if it was a rag, instead of hanging it up until she was ready to clean it, She bundled it in a ball and dumped it on top of some wires baskets...

I do not feel confident leaving it there at all, she has said they will try and clean again at no charge but it will only be after Easter. 😢

She said the stains won't come out of the silk. I don't know what to do or what to believe anymore

Have you just gone to a normal dry cleaner? Some specialise in wedding dresses. Sounds like they don't know what they are doing and I'd be pretty upset too. I'm bad - we're coming up to 9 years and I still haven't had mine cleaned! It's hanging up in its bag in my wardrobe LOL.

They were recommended to me and even now when I've asked people on Facebook who I should take it to, they have recommended this place. I haven't named and shamed as that's just not me. So the people recommending them don't know that my bad experience is with them.

They have been established many years and have a good reputation, that's why I originally took it to them
