I could see me being able to lose weight eating it. Only because my problem is I don't eat at all during the day so my body is in starvation mode lol I have actually started eating meals this week and have lost 2 kilos already just eating breakfast lunch and dinner. To me, it's such a huge effort to eat all the time. I'm spending so much time in the kitchen prepping food to eat haha

Yeah I did. 3kgs the first time and 2kgs the second time. I did it for two weeks each time. I was on the 1200 calorie one the first time around and 1500 the second time.

A serious question to those who like Lite b easy do you actually like the taste or do you just put up with as you like the other benefits (like weight loss and convenience)?

I honestly liked the taste of pretty much all of the meals. Of course it isn't going to have as much flavour as our own home cooked meals but they are pretty good. I enjoyed the variety of dinners so you don't have to have the same meal for weeks on end. You might not choose the same meal for a month or more.

There are good meals and others I don't like so much. I used it as another tool to help me lose weight before my current pregnancy, as part of a bigger weight loss/fitness plan. I would generally order a bunch of dinners/lunches so that I always had healthy options on those days and nights when I was late home from work and needed something quick in case the only other option on offer was takeaway. Some of my favourites included the pasta dishes, meatloaf (sounds awful but was actually good!), roast dinners, etc. Steer clear of rice as I don't think it freezes all that well. I wouldn't use it for the full meals plans as it was expensive to do it that way and you'd end up with a fridge full of random things you didn't want to eat such as stale bread rolls, and little containers of preserved fruit.

I LOVE the taste of the Lite n Easy meals, and I've lost 14kg. I'm a very satisfied customer.😊

I like the taste of it. I prefer the dinners to the lunches. I'm a picky eater so surprisingly I like it! It's not as nice as getting a take away or home cooking BUT for low calorie frozen convenience meals I find the quality and taste pretty good (and definitely better than most supermarket frozen meals).
My favourite dinners are the butter chicken, sweet and sour chicken, tomato tortellini and roast chicken with veggies.

Can I ask- what do your other half and kids do meal-wise while you're on Lite and Easy?
