my weight on Friday was 71.8, still happy to see 71. Now I need to stay in control through the Easter break. I don't intend to buy any Easter eggs, but I do have some hot cross buns to share. We have a family gathering on Easter Monday, I think that day will be my biggest challenge. My gym will be closed for the four days, so I will need to find some other exercise at home. Marie.

Joining. I've been slack as getting this baby weight off.

SW 82 (day I got home from hospital)
    CW 76.2
GW 72 (pre baby, but bigger than I like)
    UGW 63-64

We are going back to start for #2 in June so I need to get back to my start weight at the very least.

I've staters 5:2 because it's the only thing I seem to be able to stick too. Two days of willpower, and don't be a pig the other days. We eat pretty healthy anyway.

I'm also exercising twice a week, which should probably be 3. Spin and crossfit, but would like to add a yoga class in.

    Good luck!!

Lost an extra 700gr, so that's a total of 3.5kg gone this month!

I'm 69.4 and so excited to have my final goal within reach.

Today I've been commuting with my bike and I'd like to commit to do it twice a week. That's the only exercise I can get during the week.
I sit all day and after/before work is loaded with child rearing duties and studying.

I know it's late in the month but I'm going to join too.
I have so much to lose that it's a bit daunting. I joined weight watchers (again) last week. I would like to be back down to a healthy weight before ttc number two and definitely need to be back in control when I go back to work in August.

    SW 110.7kg
    GW 85kg
    UGW 70kg

Weighed in on friday, lost 300g. After 4 weeks of gains it's finally going back down in the right direction. Hopefully it continues to go down.
    Well done on everyone's losses.
