How is everyone going?
Lost 200g this week.
😭😭😭 stuck on 80.1.
Just to mix it up a bit I've tried a high fat low carb day.
It's really hard! But I'm pretty happy with my effort. Finished on 50 grams of carbs.
So many things that are "carby" that I wouldn't expect.
Won't be able to sustain it. Not interested in that kind of lifestyle. Just thought I'd give it a whirl.

I've lost an extra 700gr. Pretty happy!
That nearly all my holiday weight gain gone. Another 5kg to get to goal.
I started back at work though and my exercise is non existent. Walking is minimal but I can honestly say I have no idea how to fit more things in my day 😓
Good diet will have to do for now, I'll increase my exercising once this study semester is over.
Friday is my weigh-in day, but im so excited to see 71.6 on the scales today. I have been hovering around 72 for Months, so I am so happy to be seeing 71 kgs. I have put more effort in to my workouts, and paying a bit more attention to the food. so happy, marie.
The dh works interstate mon-fri and was on a four day break the weekend gone. Unfortunately this means mindless eating. And I was disappointed the scales hadn't budged despite cutting calories to 1000 a day for a week. Of course in hindsight, one week wasn't going to show anything and being hungry doesn't help with good food choices. So! Back to square one. This weekend I will try to go for a run in the morning while he's here or more likely a walk.

My wight has been going up & down for the past 3 months now it is very frustrating but this week at least it's down by 600g, better then nothing.
Just been drinking planet of water & eater smaller amounts so hopefully I will see some results.
