    Yes. DH had to do that when applying for Dad and Partner pay. It is apparently as if you have not claimed online before they need to verify you.

    Monday is a public holiday.

    They will be open Tuesday.

    Did you know the lines are open until 8pm every night?

    Try phoning from 6pm and you should get through.

    Try online first. If you have any problems, apply for a day off work and go in. It is important to get sorted out.

    I've done it online and it said something about I have so many days now to go in with ID and prove who I am ..

    Do you have a Centrelink near work or home? They are generally open until 5. Take a half/full day off work. Organise to see Legal Aid on the same day too.
