What do you need to do online?

The sent me PPS forms to fill out and return in person for an interview. As I was working part time and my youngest child was 7 they also required me to register for an employment agency (not sure why, it was just one of their strange rules).

I had to apply for FTB A and B stuff online as I didn't qualify when I was married.

This was in 2011. Things may have changed since then.

What have they asked you to do online? What are you submitting/applying for? You can always ask them to assist you with any online claims.

All claims are online now. You just answer the questions, it's very straightforward and easy to fill out. Your address, employer, your kids details, your income.

ETA if you work you probably won't get any parenting payment but you will get a decent chunk of FTB.

Start here. This will show some payments you may be entitled to. Click the more info bit which brings up calculators etc and allows you to apply.

Also, you can delete everything not relevant.

There is always 2 sides to a story. Sounds to me there is a lack of communication and each has their faults. Unhealthy and sad for the kids to be in such a situation.

There's 16 pages to this thread. Did it not occur to you to that perhaps things have changed since then and it might be a good idea to read the last page or so?
