Hi ladies, I've got so much catching up to do! Sorry I'm on my phone so I can't do personals.

I had my second FET scan today and I'm super happy because my lining has jumped from 4.5mm on Friday to 8mm today

I'm waiting to see the nurse now...

He is lovely isn't he? He did one of my transfers but isn't my FS, mine is Lucy Williams. I think one of the other ladies has Dr Artley though.

Looking good @Staaz! Hopefully your embie gets nice and comfy for nine months in that lining!

Anyone done any tests yet? Excited to see some BFPs.

I'm feeling a bit achy in the ovary areas, but no EWCM like I had at this stage last stim. Bloods today should show how I'm going so fingerscrossed for a good oestrogen level

    Hi ladies!
Sorry I'm so far behind. I wrote out a big personal post but didn't get finished yesterday morning (before I went to bed) and I was too tired to finish.
A lot seems to be happening! I will write a big personal today.

So yesterday we got 7 eggs and unfortunately only two have survived/ fertilized. The scientist says that chemo must have damaged them, unfortunately so we will be waiting cautiously until we get our updates. Hopefully we get one to freeze but will be happy to get to TF. *fingers crossed*

Of course I timed it perfectly so my TF is on Saturday which is an extra cost and my husband had arranged to have Friday off so we will be spending it together anyway. ♡

Hope you all had a lovely Monday and are having a great Tuesday as well. xoxo

Oh man. Today is not my day.
Wrote a long post then accidentally pressed the back button before saving. 😥
@anulka Ohhh. I didn't know we could bring our phones in! I will do that next time so I can get one of those hospital glamour selfies! Haha
I'm sorry you're not feeling good either.
My dr said I probably blocked out the memory of being in pain! Next time I will be asking for an endone script before leaving the hospital. Amirite?!
Congratulations on all those eggs! I'll be thinking of you with everything crossed over the next few days! xo

Hi @EWins, I'm sorry to hear about your struggles!
I hope this cycle goes much smoother for you. xo
@xxSmileyxx Congratulations on all those eggs! I'll be thinking about you over the next few days with everything crossed. xo

Hi @katt1011 I'm in pain! My anesthesiologist asked me if I needed an endone script before I went in and I said no thinking that I'd be fine. Silly me!!
I kept waking up last night sick because I would try turning over in my sleep and was in pain.
How are you feeling? Wishing you all the best for your test on the 20th? Will you test before hand? I bought 7 FRERs from Chemist Warehouse for $26! xo
@Lovebubs77 I'm sorry to hear your still in limbo land! I have everything crossed for your BT on Wednesday. xo

@HillDweller Good to know I have extreme hunger to look forward to tomorrow! Lol
Hope you fit in your dress! Maybe try it on or look at it every time you want to eat a bag of chips and a slice of cake. xo

Best of luck for your scan on Wednesday! xo

@Staaz so happy to hear about your lining growing so much. Congratulations!

@Flower78 good luck with the bt. As much as I am extremely impatient, not sure if I have the courage to test this cycle. If I did, it wouldn't be til atleast Saturday which would be 8pt3dt

OK I’m on my lunch break now, and am doing a big catch-up!

@Lovebubs77 I’ve got all my fingers and toes crossed for you! I’m hoping all is going well for you. Good luck for your BT tomorrow xo

@ babybeanie I’m sorry I don’t have any advice about immune protocols. Did you FS explain the difference between them?

@Xxsmileyxx93 and @anulka congrats on your egg hauls!

Congrats on being PUPO, @katt1011! I hope this is a super sticky one for you

@Muchulu1 I had acupuncture last night and I’ve been taking Chinese herbs for the past week - I’m sure the herbs helped my lining over the weekend. I think it’s a matter of what works best for you - like so many things in this journey what works for one person won’t necessarily work for another. I’m a big fan of the Chinese herbs, as they’ve helped me with an ongoing skin issue, that nothing else worked for. The acupuncture isn’t going to do you any harm, and it may even help I get nervous about the needles too!

@IVF_newbie that is super cute about your cat! Has she had the last one yet?

@Sunnysummers that’s super exciting! Is it too early for congratulations? Fx it’s darker tomorrow…

@anulka - thanks! Yes, I’m doing a natural FET this cycle. Last cycle was the first one where we had anything to freeze so this is a new experience for me.

@mrsthomo I’m sorry that you didn’t get as many fertilising as you had hoped - what a rollercoaster this journey is I hope the two you have are little fighters!

AFM I just had a call from the nurse… it’s all happening! Apparently I am “about to surge” as the BT shows my LH is 23 (over 25 is a “surge” apparently). I’ve got to go in again tomorrow for a BT, and transfer will probably be on Tuesday next week Right now I’m feeling pretty good about the whole process - it’s true that a FET cycle is way less stressful. I’m taking herbs and vitamins from the naturopath, and I have a massage booked for Saturday (seriously I LOVE massages). I’m hoping that I’ll be all relaxed and stress-free for the transfer!!

Hi Ladies, newbie to the forum here. Unfortunately not new to the infertility roller coaster. TTC since 2011, hubby diagnosed with testicular cancer during initial investigations, three stim cycles before this resulting in 2 dozen frozen eggs. Hubby had 2 micro tese done with bad outcome and no more sperm. Used donor sperm and all our eggs with no embryos late last year.
Currently on day 10 of of my 4th stim which is our last hope before we are done with the IVF for good. starting to feel a bit bloated and yuck not to mention the pincushion belly.

Just having one of those days and feel like reaching out to all you ladies going through the same crappy journey. I keep it pretty private at work and even with close friends as no matter how close you are to someone they just cannot possibly understand the the journey we are all on.

    Me 35 Hubby 40
    TTC since 2011
Hubby Cancer 2012, 2x micro tese, azoospermic and now on testosterone
    Me. Hypothyroid, PCOS
Stim cycle, ICSI 2012 - no sperm eggs frozen
Stim cycle, ICSI 2013 - no sperm eggs frozen
Stim cycle, ICSI 2014 - no sperm eggs frozen
    2015 - Thaw half eggs-Donor sperm - no embryos
    2016 - Thaw rest eggs-Donor sperm - no embryos
Currently Stim cycle with egg pick up next week
