Thankyou so much to all the ladies who have given me info and reassured me for my ET tomorrow, you've helped a lot! Xxx
Ha, I'm at FSWA too and have my transfer on Thurs!
Ive been told that Dr Hart is rostered on for transfers, let's hope he is our lucky charm.
I've got a bit of a not straight path to the uterus and for one of my IUI transfers the nurses had a lot of trouble getting it in there, but that ended up being my DD! The ET will be US guided so easy peasy!
Remember to stop and relax by the river views too! Good luck!

@mrsthomo they are taking 3 of the 6 embryos out of freezer today of those three they will put in a blastocyst but if theres one that may not be doing well but isnt a blasty they will put that in as well its still classed as a single transfer as the other one doesnt have much hope lol if there is more then one blasty they will refreeze them.

So not impressed with old clinic new clinic informed me when we were discussing embryos that a day 4 meant to be a day 5 blasty embryo which is what i always had transferred at old clinic will not take n very rare for one to do so. Anyway hopefully one of my 3 makes it lol atleast i have 6 embryos at the moment and they are a lot younget then i am as they were frozen 8 years ago. Yes its taken me this long to get the weight off.....not from lack of trying to get it off

If yours is ok then you should be fine good luck! Get excited, you're a hop skip and jump away from being PUPO!!!

Thanks @Tripmum and @anulka. I feel kinda guilty because I don't want to bring any bad news. I feel like I'll be letting you down too
I'm going to poas tomorrow morning. Ok, I lie. I poas this arvo coz I have zero self control lol and AF hasn't arrived yet, but I'll def be peeing everyday till Friday.

Congrats on the great numbers @kdsd and @anulka!!

Congrats @NandM on being PUPO welcome to the tww 😉
I have my ET under GA too because I have Vulvuldynia which is a problem with the muscles down there which cause uncontrollable spasms which makes ET impossible to do if I'm awake

Oh @Annie85 I'm so sorry you have this is it constant? I have vulva pain, vaginal pain too (as well as rectal) during my period and up till ovulation. It occurs at the times I rate my pain at 10/10. I never had this until after I had my first surgery to remove endo, so my doctors think it's related. I'm going to see a pain specialist to hopefully sort it out. I hope you've got yours under control.

Thanks Mink, it's been a long road to get to a place were the pain is somewhat controllable. I'm sorry to hear you have pain too. Mine is a combination of vaginismus and Vulvodynia and most of the muscle spasms and pain comes from sex (not ideal when trying to conceive!). Which also makes Pap smears and ETs extremely painful for me - hence the GA for ETs.

I'm in Melbourne and saw a Gynocologist who works with Vulvodynia/vaginismus patients and a physiotherapist who specializes in pelvic muscles for about 18 months. They were both fabulous women to work with. If you're in Melbs I can give you their details?

I poas this morning and got a faint line, about as faint as last nights one but I think lighter than the one two days ago. I'm 8dp5dt. I'm really not sure what to make of it because of the ovidrel I've taken.

So this is the breakdown of the ovidrel:
22/3 - full dose of ovidrel to trigger (last time I took this on a FT it was gone by 6-7dp5dt and I had no other ovidrel top ups)

    25/3 - 6 clicks of ovidrel

    30/3 - 6 clicks again

So now I'm thinking because of those top ups I could still have it in my system. HELP! Has anyone else been in this situation?? Ugh this is stressing me out. I'll probably call my nurse later in the morning.

I'm so glad to hear it's been controllable for you!! I totally understand the irony behind having pain with sex and trying to conceive. I haven't seen a vulvodynia/vaginismus gyno (I'm onto my 4th gyno specialist now though) but I've been assessed by a pelvic floor physio who said everything was OK, although she saw me in the 3rd week of my cycle. I guess I'm still in the early stages of trying to sort things out, but it's comforting to know that you got there! Do you know if it gets better after pushing a baby out and loosening up those muscles?

Lots of Perth ladies! I'm at Concept too.
@Mink I've never had ongoing ovidrel so not sure. I have seen ladies still get faint positives almost right up to BT on pregnyl before. The main thing would be that it gets darker from here, I hope it does xx

Awesome, thanks @OIC ! How funny that we're doing our transfers at the same place a day apart 😊 Everything crossed for you due tomorrow!

I'm just waiting on my call now to confirm we definitely have a blasty to transfer today. One of my dogs knows I'm a bit anxious I think. He's jumped up out of his bed and jumped on the bed with me...and covered me in a million kisses....and very close snuggles. He's a lot bigger than he thinks he is, so the cuddles aren't as great as they sound. I can't breathe. Haha.

@Annie85 & @Mink reading your post make me so sad but angry at the sane time! 😢not only that you have to deal with IVF but also euth the pain and it doesnt sounds like its mild. It makes me angry because life sometimes throw too much on some people and there is nothing anybody can do to make it better. Dealing with all this must be so hard. I wish there was a line that could never be crossed!
This is a vent post im sorry. But some of us just have it so hard - it brakes my heart and it breaks my belief in fairness as such. I just want to hug you ladies - 😚😚
@Flower78 who is your doctor at concept? What stage of your cycle are you? Would be funny if we are both sitting in the waiting room not knowing lol
@mrsthomo i have my BT today again but no scan until friday or saturday. 16 is great im happy with it ☺my belly is like a jelly haha not hard at all im afraid 😂😂 i feel like a balloon - lovely!

I have never had ongoing ovidrel myself @Mink so i cant relate but i agree with @Flower78 its a good sign if it gets darker each day. Otherwise waut fir BT when us your final one????
