Hi hun, yes I used Saizen in my one and only successful cycle. I went from only getting 2 out of 7/8 eggs fertilised per cycle that developed into slow, dodgy or arrested embies, to 10 out of 15 eggs fertilised after using Saizen, resulting in 5 blasties (two transferred, one of them becoming my 2 year old DS, three frozen but unfortunately those ones were unsuccessful). It definitely worked for me!

    Hi all!

I have been on another thread Oct/Nov 2015 ivf/fet. We have been on tho IVF journey since Jan 2015 but have been ttc #1 since 2010.

We had a rocky year last year, they found a cyst on my ovary when they we doing the first follicle scan, hubby has no normally formed sperm, so we knew IVF using ICSI was the only way we would became parents. I was really lucky FS got me in to remove the cyst and cleaned up some endo that I didn't know I had within a month of discovery. 6 weeks later we were able to continued on to do our first stim cycle in June, it was a big learning curve as it was discovered that I have PCOS so while there were a lot of eggs none of our embryos made it past day 3. As I can produce quantity not quality when it comes to eggs But we didn't let that stop us we did another stim August/September 2015, with a change up of medications we achieved an amazing result 13 eggs were collected we transferred one and had 8 remaining in to be frozen. Unfortunately the day I received the phone call to say my HCG was 24 I also had AF. The FS was very happy with how things have progressed from the 1st stim cycle and encouraged us to try again soon. We did our 1st FET in late Nov 2015, and received our 1st BFP, HCG was 120, however it wasn't to be and the HCG wasn't raising at the desired rate, the pregnancy ended when I was roughly 5 and 1/2 weeks.

So now I am back I have had a break cried a lot but there are something you can't change all you can do is try again, at this stage my transfer date which just changed is 13/04/16. Doing another medicated FET after finding an acupuncturist last cycle I will be doing this again and hoping for the best!

Sending you all baby dust and can't wait to get to know you all. I found my last cycle group to be a great support network and knowing that there is someone else out there going through the same thing as you is sometimes very comforting. Best wishes to you all

    Default FET March 5th

    Hi ladies,
Just had my FET yesterday morning. The embryo was beautiful and was already starting to hatch. Hoping that's a good sign! Feeling a bit crampy today but nothing major. Wishing everyone the best of luck! I hate the 2WW!!!

You've been through a lot @Prabhu I'm sorry to hear about all that but thanks for sharing. I hope this is time your embryo settles in the right place!

All the best for Wednesday @Clover30 sounds like your little ones are going really well!

Hi @katt1011 and @MrsSMS I think we will be going together again. My next af is due around Easter so we might all be around the same date. That's if my cycle behaves this time as we all know what it was like last time

Congrats on being PUPO @Sunnysummers I hope you have a stress free 2ww!

Hi all, I haven't posted much in the last few days but have been reading along! Looks like I O'd yesterday on CD 22 so I'll be starting my new stim cycle in 2 weeks time!

I'd been finally Oing about CD 16 before IVF so hope my cycles aren't going a bit whacky again (since any months we have to take off will mean we have wait an extra week to start again!) but O has often been delayed for me if I get really stressed - and opening my front door at midnight to see two dogs drag my beautiful cat from her bed at the front door and kills her definitely classified as stress I'm still not really coping with the situation yet.

Oh no @HillDweller how traumatic. Pets are family that's just terrible, thinking of you. Hope your next cycle goes well this time too.
