@ivf newbie unfortunately it's hard on the partners too which I feel like they get overlooked sometimes. A lot of people say oh they've got no idea what we go through but they see and hear enough to know how crappy it is for us. And especially if the infertility problem stems from their side of things. I'd never blame my husband for that but he feels his own guilt over something that was totally out of his control.

Us girls certainly don't have it easy but the partners get affected in a different way I think. And if God forbid you've been going for 8 years with no baby to show for it like us then it really starts to bother them.

    Good luck with it all!

I have another blood test Friday but it's looking like a chemical 😪. That will mean from my last 4 transfers, I've had 2 chemicals & 1 miscarriage at 8-9 weeks. The miscarriage was chromosomal so I'm thinking my eggs are very poor quality. Think it's time for a big chat with my FS. I won't give up on IVF just yet but I think the end is getting closer. Keeping my fingers crossed for everyone else xx
Oh hon. I was hoping I'd come on here and see good news for you. Let us know how you go with your test tomorrow. Sending you all the very best vibes.

@katt1011 I read your post then took a minute to come and re-read. I'm so sorry to hear about your split, and the cat dying, are you doing okay? Are you currently in a cycle now?

I'm pretty sure this FET has failed girls. Been doing hpt and getting BFN. No sign of AF yet but blood test is tomorrow. Eager to get back into it again but not looking forward to stimming again and also annoyed when I think about more money waste on this transfer and testing embies just to have the good one fail anyway.

@babybeanie Ugh yes! How often do you have your tests for your thyroid hormones? That must be tough, I'm sorry.
I can't believe they're even considering this, they must know how this will affect people.

Hi Ladies - though I haven't posted I have been reading along.
Its good to hear there have been some BFPs with hopefully more on the way.
Good luck with your EPU Hill Dweller. Remember all you need is one - though more are good too!
Fingers crossed for all those in the TWW or EPU stages.

Afm Well Monday officially gave me the BFN that I had anticipated. Lucky for me I have a few more in the freezer and am starting another FET straight away. Booking my scan for the 8th and am trying to stay positive. Focusing on loosing all the kgs gained over my choc fest Easter! Geez not a good time to be depressed with all those goodies around...

It is just not possible to avoid chocolate at the moment is it@rtkirk My DH hid about 100 little easter eggs all over the house for me to find. I originally thought that was great because I wouldn't eat them all at once.....now I've discovered it means I eat them constantly every time I come across one! Gah!

Thanks for all the well wishes for my EPU tomorrow guys I'm trying so hard to relax right now, and failing miserably! lol. I'm absolutely terrified of having another disaster where we get no embryos - I don't know if my DH will cope. He's slowly come back to his overly optimistic self after last cycle and I'm dreading the fact that he might be sent right back down again I almost feel like I'm the partner in this - I dread answering the phone for news from the FS clinic because I can't bear to relay bad news to him! He's so convinced we're going to get good news this time and I am incapable of being that positive! Maybe some of his positivity needs to rub off on me

I'm so sorry to hear you think your FET hasn't worked @babybeanie
