    Hi,

    Can I join in?
I've just had a quick read through. Sorry to see the BFNs.

I'm 8dp5dt, stim FET, on progesterone pessaries, AF due yesterday. BT on Wed 23rd. I see a few of you are testing around then too. GL!

Symptom spotting is driving me crazy!
Poas yesterday and today both BFNs. Any ideas on how soon is too soon for a BFP after a stim FET?

    Fx for everyone!

(My DD is 14m, IVF converted to IUI miracle!)

Sorry to hear that this wasn't your cycle @CasD take care of yourself!

@smallkatty I'm not sure if it's the same at all the Genea clinics but for my fresh medicated cycle, my blood test was 9 days past the 5 day transfer, which was the day my period would have been due. For the unmedicated FET I had last year, they did the blood test 8 days past, so the day before I was due. I think it's because there as nothing holding af off from coming so they want to do the bloods before- just my assumption as to why. 8 days past seemed so early but it's better than waiting in some ways as it was only really a 1 week wait and went really quick. From my experience on these boards, it seems that those with Genea always have fairly early blood tests, whereas some don't get theirs til they are almost 5 weeks pregnant.

@OIC good luck! I hope it comes positive for you soon. With my DD, I had a medicated stim and got a line at 8dp5dt and that's the only day I tested as my blood test was the following day. Everyone is different though! Interestingly enough, I tested at 7dp5dt with my last FET and got a same strength line (or even possibly the slightest bit darker) and that one was a day earlier. My bloods were taken the following day then as well. My betas with DD were always fairly high and whilst I was surprised to see such a good line for so early when I was only 7dp (I was expecting a squinter), my beta was quite low the next day (only 51) for my FET. I know a line is a line regardless of how dark but I just find it funny how my better result had a lighter line, one day later. I know it varies between tests even though they were the same brand.

That's great news @SL1009 and very exciting!! I hope the week goes quickly and that Friday is here before you know it!

Congratulations @SL1009! That's great, we needed another BFP to keep us going!!

Sorry to hear about the BFN @CasD. Always so devastating, hope you've got something nice to do planned.

    Congrats @SL1009

Day 2 of jabbing here. Clinic had me down as the wrong cycle day so BT now is a day later on the 29th. Start Gonal and ovidrel on Thursday so pretty boring until then.

I have a lump on my pubic area! Im getting a bit worried because it first came up during my last stim cycle and then shrunk a bit after I stopped stimming. Same thing happened during my first stim cycle. This time it's doubled in size almost as big as a 5 cent piece! I'm getting worried. Has anyone ever experienced/heard of anything like this happening??? I'm kinda freaking out. I have a gyno appt on Wednesday but she's not my regular gyno although she's a skin specialist type. I have cysts in my breasts, which have been checked and apparently are normal. This stim cycle has been the worst for me so far...

@Mink... so sorry your experiencing this symptom.. Maybe its just the added hormones to your body causing it.. hoping it is anyway... Hopefully the gyno can eliminate your fear and find its nothing to worry about.. Big hugs til then xx

@kdsd thank you. I know that if you have a breast cancer the hormones can make it grow, hence why I know I have cysts in my breasts and why this lump is freaking me out. Nurses weren't available yesterday on the phone so I will probably try calling today.

    Hi ladies!

I've been away for the past few months, working on a few things for myself so I thought I'd just reintroduce myself!

My name is Amy (25) and my husband's name is Josh (26)
I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer at the age of 20 in 2011 and at that time had an IVF cycle for fertility preservation. I had my cancer removed as well as my right ovary and we had 4 day 2 embryos frozen before I started chemo.

My husband and I got married in August 2014 after being together for 5 years and after trying to conceive naturally for a year we sought out the help of the FS that we had our first cycle with in 2011.

He gave us a 0.1% chance of conceiving naturally so we proceeded to do 2 frozen transfers (with 3 embryos being used) and neither of them worked. When we attempted a 3rd cycle but I accidentally stuffed it up because of the lack of information we decided to change specialists to a female that is closer to us.

I am currently on the pill and Synarel nasal spray and will take my last pill on the 25th!

Nice to be back and nice to meet all the ladies who have joined while I was having a rest. xoxo
