Default Early pregnancy and heavy bleeding

I'm 17dp5dt (22dpo), I had another BT today to check if hcg levels are rising and they are, but I started yesterday with red spotting and today is more heavy bleeding than just spot. I told the nurse and she consulted with my FS and they said that there's nothing to stop he bleeding, just keep on having crinone twice a day and to have a scan the week of the 7th of March. I'm really worried, thinking of going to the clinic tomorrow and ask for an scan.
In top of it, I haven't had any symptoms at all: no sore breasts, no nausea or increased appetite, nothing.

    Feeling hopeless.

Dr changed my progesterone and I'm now on 600mg daily, the bleeding has stopped and now is only spotting. I had a BT on Monday and levels were still rising, but as it could be a lagging in the numbers I don't want to relax just yet. Having an u/s tomorrow, really hoping they can see something (I know that 5/6 weeks can be a bit early to see a hb).

    Thank you for asking! ❤️

Glad to hear it's slowed down! I've been spotting since 4w apparently it can be quite common
