Default Early pregnancy and heavy bleeding

I'm 17dp5dt (22dpo), I had another BT today to check if hcg levels are rising and they are, but I started yesterday with red spotting and today is more heavy bleeding than just spot. I told the nurse and she consulted with my FS and they said that there's nothing to stop he bleeding, just keep on having crinone twice a day and to have a scan the week of the 7th of March. I'm really worried, thinking of going to the clinic tomorrow and ask for an scan.
In top of it, I haven't had any symptoms at all: no sore breasts, no nausea or increased appetite, nothing.

    Feeling hopeless.

I am so sorry to hear that @Kookii.

But it might not mean the worst just yet. I hope your little peanut continues to stick.

    What was your last BT?

Just try to rest and stay off your feet if possible.

@Kookii, I'm really sorry you are having to go through such a huge amount of stress at a time which should be happy for you.

Your Doctor is quite correct that there is nothing you can do to stop the bleeding at this point. It could still be ok though. Many women report having bleeding during early pregnancy (and indeed all the way through their pregnancies) and give birth to a healthy baby down the track.

If you have had a BT done you will have a baseline for your HCG. I would request a repeat HCG test so you can at least see if your numbers are doubling as they should be. You could try requesting a scan but potentially you might be too early and your HCG level could be too low to detect anything on a scan yet. Most clinics won't scan until you reach 1,000 HCG level for this reason.

I will keep everything crossed for you hon

Went to see my GP, he said I may be having a miscarriage but a scan at this point would be useless as he wouldn't be able to see the sac. I'm having extra BT on Monday and Wednesday to check if hcg levels are still rising. Scan Thursday or Friday.

I've been told that even though my hcg levels were in the normal range yesterday, are not that reliable because I may still have miscarried and levels would still be up, it'd take a few days while to go down.

Now total bed rest, and wait for Monday results.

    Thank you all ❤️

I'm so sorry hon, it's just not fair. Look after yourself and take some time out if you can to deal with everything. It's very sad when our babies can't stay.
