    Default Is anyone taking Vitex?

I've started taking it for PMS and my period seems to have gone MIA.
Has anyone found Vitex lengthens their cycle?
I'm normally 28 days but it's now day 31. I keep feeling like it's starting (back ache and cramps) but then nothing.

    Lucky you 😐.

I read it can lengthen your luteal phase so I wondered if I ovulated later and as such my cycle is longer?

I'm curious when it will show up, I'm always 28 or 29 days at the most.

Yes it can lengthen your cycle. I took it about 6 months ago to try and lengthen my cycle (with a bit of success).

    Thanks for that.

I don't want to lengthen my cycle so I might stop taking it.
My mood has been much more even so it seems it has helped although AF hasn't arrived so maybe it hasn't!
