Thanks for all the support ladies it is greatly appreciated!

DH & I have decided to head back to the UK for Xmas this year, via Munich & with 5 nights in Thailand on the way home! I needed something positive to focus on so massive holiday it is Thankfully when DH's parents (in the UK) give us birthday & Xmas money we leave it in an account over there & it will totally cover the costs of this holiday! Thank goodness as our funds are a little low after all the IVF expenses

I'm seeing my FS in September- originally planning for an October cycle (can postpone holiday if need be) but might even take a bigger break & come back to it in Jan / Feb next year. Will take his advice on how quickly I need to do another cycle as I think my time is running out.

On a totally non IVF related question, does anybody have any recommendations for Thai beach holidays? Looking for something not crazy but still with a few shops / bars / restaurants & beautiful beach! I've been to Phi Phi & Ko Samet before but thinking about trying somewhere new. Would love to hear anyone else's ideas or experiences! Needs to be an easy commute from Bangkok airport after a 12 hour flight. Xx

I really hope he gives me a script if he sees how concerned i am because the ovidrel support is very minimal, even the nurse said it was minimal support.
Should i call Dr M before my appt so he can send me the script or wait till I see him on Friday. Is there a way I can email him?

@Lovebubs77 holidays sometimes are the best medicine! From a safety net perspective have you reached it already could that help you make a choice.

I have never been to Thailand but trip advisor is a great help to try and find reviews etc
@Evelynmoo I'd def call first thing Monday. There is an email I get my receipts sent from, but they are very old school I would just ring 🏻

Haven't been to Thailand either! A holiday sounds great.
@Evelynmoo my clinic always aims for above 30 for progesterone. You are not too low but obviously it could be more. A few pessaries can't hurt. Wherever you had your last pessary script filled might give you a small quantity of you say you lost your script and you are getting one on x date. They are not a drug of dependence and you have been prescribed them before. Tears may help.

Thanks @sunny79 and @Lovebubs77- I will give my munchkins a hug and be very thankful for the late nights and lack of sleep.
@Tanej78 glad to hear that your scan went well!!

and lovebubs- sorry for your bfn.....I'm sending you big hugs too
@Annerley not sure if I've already congratulated you on your bfp- but am sooo happy for you!!

afm- has been a busy week....had to have a scan to check for RPOC- as bleeding was very sporadic and still clotty after C/s, sonographer was very cagey and wouldn't tell me anything but rang my Dr, and then advised to book an appt to see her and that my Dr was calling my OB..........- as you can imagine panic set in as just couldn't take having to have another D&c after ashermans!

Turns out out there was a blood clot seen remaining In my uterus not RPOC thank goodness, which I think I have now passed! Yay! So hopefully that was contributing to my low milk supply issues and now it's gone I might be able to feed these babies! ( still trying to BF one baby and then pumping whilst bottle feeding both breast milk and formula to the other baby).

Can't BF both babies as nips have been too sore from what I thought was damage from the killer hand expressing nurse- but spoke with a lactation consultant who thought it might be thrush and sent me some info which I read through and BINGO! I had thrush on my nipples- no other symptoms bar the huge amount of pain I was in when trying to feed and a shooting pain into my back- no white patches in bubs mouths or on my nips.....but after taking a fluconazole tab on Thursday the pain reduced significantly and the piranha like feeling when feeding has reduced to a manageable amount of pain/ phew!! Was getting a but much and any thought of BFing was rapidly disappearing! Using daktarin gel for bubs as well as on my nips so all going to plan (haha) I should be able to have a red hot go at BFing now.....lactation cons also increased my motilium to 2 tabs 3 times a day to try to increase milk supply- again hopefully that helps.
@Evelynmoo good to hear from you and all the best for this cycle- I second tanej- try to call dr m's rooms, does seem old school, but I have found that Gwyneth does so her best to get scripts/info to you in the event that you need it for a cycle.
@Billie2 hope you are doing ok? Thinking of you xo

    take care all xo

Thanks @Ruby16 wow sounds like you've been through a lot. I hope the babies are going well. My dd got a bit of thrush in her mouth just after we finished bf so probably lucky for me that it meant I didn't get it and at least she was older than your two.
The post preg bleed isn't fun at the best of times, you poor thing. Glad to hear it's passed and hopefully things improve for you.
@sunny79 hope you are plodding along ok. My next scan is still a little while away so just waiting waiting at the moment. Been getting some regular nausea so hoping it's a good sign.
@Lovebubs77 I've been to Phuket and Kao lak. Kao Lak was nice and relaxing but not a huge amount of stuff to do locally as there were only a couple of restaurants and markets in the area. We went elephant riding and rafting as a day trip from there. We also did a day trip out to krabi when we stayed at Phuket. It was beautiful!! It was about a 4-5hr drive from Phuket so a long day but didn't stay there for any longer than the day trip so not sure on accommodation, restaurants, etc around there. Also not sure how far it is from bangkok. The holiday plans sound perfect!
@Evelynmoo I'm sorry to hear you aren't feeling positive. If it helps, my progesterone started at 67 with dd and 69 this time and both times that was after getting my bfp so further along than you. My bfn cycle my progesterone was a measly 2 during the 2ww.
i think @Tanej78 has given good advice, extra progesterone certainly can't hurt.

My original pessaries came straight from the clinic so I never got a script and I dont think my GP would give me a script because shes not fully educated on the link between low progesterone and miscarriage.

Thanks girls, I'm going to try to get a script ASAP from Dr M. Will keep you updated

@Evelynmoo I have 1 pessary left and Im in syd if you want it. I have an unfilled script at my chemist too if you want that. Its $60 a box though.. I was in your position and another lady on bubhub helped me & gave me 3 leftovers. My prog was 44, within 2 days it was 19. I don't want to scare you but I want to let you know as crinone didn't help me at all. Oripro stopped my bleed and boosted my prog to 286 in 3 days.

@Billie2 I need your help lol!!! I'm obviously in Sydney at the moment too. Do you want to PM or my email? So we can organise something. Dont care about the cost, its all worth it and I have private health insurance anyway. Youre in the shire arent you? I use to live there, was there today actually.
