    Default Spirituality

I have always been a spiritual person, but only on the inside. I've never practised anything. I'm ready to make a significant change to my wellbeing and put my beliefs info practise.

Are there any mums out there who can help me get started? I would love to go on a retreat but being a single mum I can't take bubs to any. Where do I begin?

hi heplusme. the only thing I can think of as a way to start, would be just to start reading books about spirituality. There are books about dreams, tarot, numerology, all those sorts of things, just in your library. Otherwise, perhaps there is some community group that might have some meetings you could attend?? marie.
