Would you deem this an unacceptable reply time?
Long story short researching our next holiday, found a great resort but it needs renovations. TripAdvisor replies indicate it's up for refurb this year so I emailed the resort asking when and if they are occurring as we're looking at coming up later in the year. Did that last night.
Lunch today got a reply saying no renovations happening and what dates etc to see what deal they can come up with, still haven't got a reply 7 hours later.
I would think in this competitive market we would have got quicker responses
