I was 7DPO when I got my very very very very faint positive in early jan. Sadly that pregnancy ended a few weeks ago at 7 weeks.
I didn't test early with my other pregnancies.

    Goodluck

You can ovulate up to 48 hours after a pos opk. It's recommended to test around 14dpo. I always test early though.

I got a positive OPK on 3rd February and AF isn't here yet... but 3rd was only CD 9 so I'm only on CD 27 this morning...

Opks can be positive without you actually ovulating. The just indicate a surge in LH. So maybe you didn't ovulate that early.
