I just came accross this interesting article about embryo's Lovelies:

    http://www.miracleswaiting.org/factsembryos.html

    A very interesting read indeed!!!

I used to do 2xCrinone once in the morning and once at night and have a clean out in the shower every 2-3 days.

@Blossom74 I also used to ice my stomach for about 3-5 minutes prior to doing the Clexane injection. I found it took the sting right out of it and helped minimise bruising for me.

If it's still feeling a bit ouchy afterwards, just put the ice pack back on for another couple of minutes. I used a bag of frozen peas in a tea towel more often than not!!!

    Thanks @BIB

And thanks also for the link. I read bits and pieces of it but steered away from the Gradings part, lest it put doubt into my mind about Baby Cakes's chance of survival. I don't need any negativity in my mind about that right now.

I prefer to think BC stands just as good a chance as any other emby. By today I think he is meant to be a blasto? I think that's right? He was a 2 day transfer on Friday. So by my calculations if all is well (and why shouldn't it be?) he should hatch tomorrow and attach to my lining on Wednesday. I am going to POAS tomorrow and watch my Ovidrel fade away, before (hopefully) I see the lines start to get darker.

I am also going to be on the lookout from Thursday onwards for implantation bleeding. I know it's not a sure bet but I did have that with Blossom.

Be good to partake in some POAS action, lol.

Really hope this time it works. Not many options left to us otherwise

Ta heaps @BlondeinBrisvegas. You always go that extra mile for me! Yeah, I think they told me it takes about an hour to thaw an embryo and I have an arvo transfer so there's time to thaw one at a time. Plus I'm staying overnight so no mad dash to the airport.
If my flight into CT is on time I arrive at 8am, taxi to the The Vineyard, check in, enjoy a one hour massage at 10am, lunch there too if I can handle it with my nerves, do my meds, taxi to the clinic, then my transfer is at 1.30pm....then go back to my room and crash. I know by around 3pm in CT I'm ready to go to sleep for the night due to the time difference.
You girls supported me so so much to reach the decision to thaw 2 embryos and if 1 wasn't up to scratch then thaw the third. And I know that's the most logical choice, giving me the best chance of success.
But there's been a slight shift in me personally in the last few weeks. My 4y/o DS just started kinder 2.5 days a week. And finally I can see light at the end of the tunnel as far as being a full-time SAHM. I could finally get some of 'me' back and start my own interests/making money again.
And on a purely selfish note, I'd love to find some-one special to share my adult time with again. It's been years since I've held some-one's hand or been kissed and I miss it. I don't want a one-night stand I want substance.
Any-way, all of this is buzzing around in my head daily while I try to make my decision.

@Blossom74 Have a go at icing pre-Clexane and see if you get on any better. You sound like you're in an exhausted (no surprise considering how much driving you've done) but really positive head-space with a great plan in place. Go girl!!
@Precious40 I think if you do Intralipids one week prior to transfer and then again on your BFP, then about every 2 weeks thereafter. If you can't get Clexane ask @JulieMalooley's advice on fish oil and Astrix (baby aspirin).
@winsor What time is your scan?
@Summer You've been very quiet. Are you ok?
@infinity888 Thanks for asking after me! xx
Hello to all the other girls!!

@Tahli Your plan sounds good, and with younger eggs I don't blame you for wanting a single transfer, sounds sensible to me. I really hope you meet an amazing guy, and you sound like a great girl so I reckon thats only a matter of time.

Its funny about what you say with getting your time back to yourself and I have been thinking about that lately, Im working sooo much at the moment and am able to throw myself into this work so that I can be living off my income from it and I know that if I was a mum it wouldnt be possible to do all this. Kind of scares me a little, as I think wow if this does work for us (my eggs or DE) Im going to be juggling it all like every other working mum out there!!

and btw.. winsors scan was at 9...
