@midnite01 I still feel the same as I did when we met for lunch....if I knew I had one absolutely perfect blast that re-expanded perfectly then I'd be inclined to do a single transfer, esp after falling pregnant (briefly) with my hatching blast.
Buuuut flying all the way to CT is a bl~~dy long way to go for a less than perfect single transfer. I'm wondering how much the clinic can communicate with me on the day if they thaw one, see how it puffs up, and if it's less than absolutely perfect, thaw the second one...and transfer both.
I know that I can fly back over for the Anzac Day long weekend for a final transfer. That will be the last of my savings and fits in cycle wise, with a 4 weeks lead in to transfer again.
So 3 embryos and 2 opportunities to fly over.

I hope you don't have to fly over again. We all want this one to be your turn tahli. Hopefully it all works out perfectly for you. It seems to have come around so quickly this time & massive prayers for big fluffy embryos/s...x

Thanks @Maxwellsmum, that's really kind of you. I can't see any reason for my transfer not to work this time. I'm pretty much doing all the right things. And flipping heck, how many women have to do 4 donor embryo transfers before success?!!
(Fingers crossed they do actually thaw to a high enough quality to be transferred..that part of the process always freaks me out. The thought of losing all of them with nothing to transfer!!)

I had my FS consult on Friday. He wants me to do the same HRT FET as before as he thinks I did well with this
I don't have nk cell issues but should I have asked for clexene? I'll be on pred 10mg too
The other FS I'm seeing has said I should have intrapilids. A month before and the just before transfer. Does this sound right?
    I'm awfully confused

All these pics of food and talking is making me hungry. But I too am trying to be good.....

@Tahli Right you are Luv, am making a note for Thursday on the whiteboard!!!

I don't think it takes all that long to thaw an emby does it?? Oooh...I just found this:

The cells (embryos in this case) are stored in liquid nitrogen after a controlled freeze by special machinery. Embryo freezing takes several hours while the thaw process takes about 30-45 minutes. Embryos have been successfully thawed after cryopreservation for as many as 13 years.
Embryo Freezing at the Genetics & IVF Institute

Soooooo....with that in mind, if you asked for an afternoon transfer, then you'd have the morning to thaw the embryo's out one at a time if you needed to??? If you're going to transfer 2, then they could thaw 2 out in the morning and give them a wee bit of time before transfer to see how they re-expand and then if 1 isn't going so well, they could thaw out the other if you wanted them to couldn't they???

You could ask for Clexane Luv or just get onto the baby aspirin and take that instead if your FS says no.

No, I haven't been. Just gritting my teeth and going for it!

Re the Crinone, I take 2 per day morning and evening.
