@winsor I hope you can keep yourself busy this weekend, maybe for a day trip somewhere. It was the only thing that kept my mind off things when waiting anxiously for news/updates or scans.
@Blossom74 yay for pupo! May the next week or two go quickly for you too. When is it POAS time????

AFM I've had a few calls from my FS's nurses this week checking on me and going through the scan results etc (I'm at risk of high blood pressure) which I thought was good service. Didn't expect to hear from them again!

    good luck everyone

@Blossom74 Congrat's on being PUPO Luv!!!

and prayers being sent your emby snuggles in for the long haul!!!

@winsor Your body will absorb as much of the Crinone as it needs and expel the rest so don't worry about that ok??

I'm going to go against the grain here and say that repeat BT's (every 2 days for the first week then every 3-4 days onwards until my 7 week scan) were a sanity saver for me. Personally, it helped keep my anxiety under control.

I think it's a personal decision whether to keep the BT's up or not until the viability scan and you have to do what's going to work mentally/emotionally for you

AFM: Am off to Centredump in an hour or so to lodge paperwork (the never ending frucking paperwork!!!) regarding the separation and another one to do with DD's medical/health issues so should be a real bloody blast!!!

Ex-DP has been looking hard for a rental (I've been spending a couple of hours a day looking online for potential dwellings) but so far nothing!! He was knocked back this morning for a unit too which got him down (this time they even checked his application/references out etc and he still got knocked back!! He's got a completely clean slate and the RE Agent told him it was the "owners choice").

From what I can gather, some Agents just go with the first application in and too bad if it's not you and others may check out a few potential candidates and then choose one. This is the first time Ex-DP had all his particulars checked out (my ex landlord txt's me and lets me know if anyone gets in touch), the other couple of places he's applied for haven't even bothered??

Who would've thought it was going to be this bloody hard????

Hmm BIB, when I had the 3 rentals we were always given the option of the first few good candidates and were generally told their income, their marital status, pets, ages, rental history. It may well be the fact that he's put down he's separated/divorced and he should maybe just say 'single'. We would usually have gone with a married couple over say a divorcee with kids as there can quite often be hostile relations and they may or may not get back together then you are left without a tenant. Just my two cents...

Congrats on being PUPO @Blossom ! @Bongley that is really nice of them. I too am at risk of high blood pressure and pre-eclampsia (age+twins). My face and neck are ballooning at the moment, as are my feet and legs. I've done some Dr Googling this morning and apparently its quite common after 20 weeks for face/neck to do that, but I'll certainly be keeping an eye on things. The chemist will become my new best friend with their free blood pressure checks.
Further to my sad trip to the vet this week, I had a call from the crematorium yesterday asking what my instructions werel. I told them just the velvet pouch as I will sprinkle her with our other dog in our garden and she very carefully told me 'well for her own safety we will put her in a pouch then inside a box so she arrives back home safely.' Wow. I wish I had her skills at diplomacy and sympathy however the safety statement did make me laugh. I had the 'diplomacy' to wait until I got off the phone at least. I'm a horrible pet owner aren't I.
I do feel now like it was definitely the right thing to do though, so am feeling much better about it. Just after it was done and she was lying completely 'relaxed' on the table I realised how terribly twisted her front legs and feet really were. Poor thing.

I seem to push this all the time - but its far less messy going in the 'back' way. I still swear by it.

He hasn't put that down though. He's put down "moving closer to work" as the reason for leaving our place.

I am one of his main emergency contacts though (because of DD) & he refers to me as "Ex wife" r.e "relationship to you".

DD doesn't even come into it as there's been no questions asked on the forms about anybody who may regularly stay overnight etc. Just who will also be a tenant of the property??

I find if I lay down for 20-30 minutes I don't get much, just a little oily residue, but I just wear a panty liner
