@Billie2 I'm so sorry to hear that frucking terrible news. You've been absolutely smacked by all that's happened to you in this short few days and you're so brave dealing with all these big decisions. I can't even imagine the stress you're under and how difficult this all must be. Does the FS deny doing anything that may have caused the haemorrhage? Do they think that would happen again?

Don't feel compelled to answer those questions. I hope you can get some sleep tonight xx

I'm so sorry to hear this Luv As they say, "it never rains, it pours"

I agree that something went terribly wrong at EPU to cause that bleed but you've probably got a snowballs chance in hell that they'll ever admit liability!!!

Has your FS offered anything in way of compensation?? A refund of your Cycle for eg if you've decided it's too risky to try again?? (mind you I'd be going elsewhere if you did decide to have another go!!). It's the least of what you deserve!!!

Happy Birthday anyway Luv and I hope you can find some joy in the day spending it with your family and hopefully some friends too??

My af is a shadow of its former self. So doesn't this prove the blood was in my uterus? I sat for just over a week with blood filling my uterus? I don't know if I should put this behind me, or take it further. I just realised that I wouldn't even qualify for IVF till my blood count was in the normal range. That will take forever. I feel like a zombie.

I have 1.5 boxes of crinone for those that have to pay the $170 or so full price. Im happy to give it away. PM me. If I rang the clinic they would make me continue using it till Wednesday BT.

My clinic was Primary IVF in Sydney.

@Billie2 I don't think it would hurt to get some indepedent advice just to find out where things stand in regards to rights & responsibilities plus possible redress etc.

Have a think about it for a few days, talk it over with those you trust & who love you & then see how you feelxo

@Billie2 I'm so sorry to hear all that, it's so bloody unfair. I think you deserve an explanation too, yes there are always risks but it's not right to have this happen without a good proper explanation. But I do think you need to come first right now and getting yourself well is number one priority. And to all be happening around your birthday, it's just truly frucked. I hope you do something nice tomorrow and try and forget about that Sh!t for the day. Sending you big hugs, take care or yourself xx

enjoy the meet up Melb girls! How funny it will be to put a face to an avatar!

@Billie2 im so sorry to hear your news. I agree with the girls probably dont make any big decisions right now. Take care of yourself first and then find your answers and your strength to carry on. Lean on us until then. I'm so sorry your birthday is ruined. Try to find some kind of comfort tomorrow even if it is in cake 😀

Enjoy your catch up melb girls.

@Blossom74 we are the same. I have aching joints, tired, weight gain 8kg in 2 years and hair loss. Im on melatonin now. So i find i sleep deeper but im still tired. Im also more emotional and at times crankier then usual. I would think on the wazza special of supplements that I would feel like a million $$$ but no.

@Billie2 I hope you've managed to find a happy moment somewhere today for your birthday Luv

I've been doing some research trying to find out what *may* have caused the haemorrhaging after EPU as I've been really bothered/upset by what's happened to you Luv Anyhoo, have come accross a site that may offer up an explanation/reason for what you've experienced. I wonder if it could be what they call "Reproperitonial Bleeding"??? @Charlie74 might know more about that??:
