    Good morning lovelies

Today I am having a quiet day at home, with an afternoon tea with two of my girl friends.

Perfect lead up to the weekend.

How is everyone travelling at the moment?

Whatchya going to bake Luv???? Or is it going to be a bakery job???

All good here thanks....Ex-DP going to look at a property this morning and apply for it if he likes it... he does!! Plus he's got another one next week as well to look at and whatever else he can find over the weekend. They just get snatched up so quickly!!!

I've been flat out organising paperwork/appointments and such for speech therapy for DD. Medicare will rebate you approx $52 for 5 appointments a year on what they call a Chronic Disease Management Plan so that will help cut the costs down for us to about $26 a session instead of almost $80!! That's providing we don't have to use 1 or 2 of the appointments to have an assessment done which varies between $200-260 depending on what assessment they want to do!!! I've also organised a (thankfully bulk billed) hearing test for DD as per the Paed's request (though she doesn't think there is a hearing issue, just wants to strike it off the list) for a week and bits time. Her first ST session will be the day before.

I've also got to go see the real estate this morning about getting the lease/bond signed over to my name and clue in Centrelink too about the situation (as I need to know roughly how much $ I'll be able to receive so as to work out if we can afford to stay here at the house long term etc) although I can't give them a date Ex-DP is moving out as yet which makes it all a bit complicated there though best to get the ball rolling anyway I think. Plus I have to organise DD's OT to fill out some paperwork and come for a visit to DD's DC to see what specialist play equipment/mobility aids might benefit her as funding for an Inclusion Support Worker has been approved to attend DC with DD to help her to participate in certain activities etc (as she's not walking yet...just cruising around the furniture, using the walls of the hallway and kitchen cupboards/fish tank to get about the place as well as her push walker) with the other LO's in her room (like dancing for eg) plus be there for mealtimes to keep an eye on her (as she's fallen off the chair twice now).

So all in all, a busy time as per usual!!!

Good luck with those appointments Luv!!!

Probably wouldn't hurt to wait a month especially if Dr M wants you to implement some kind of an immune protocol etc.

    Hiya @BIB

No, I'm not baking today - it will be a bakery job I think. Sunday is official baking day in our house so I'll whip up a cake while DH does the lawns and gardens.

Lordy you have so much on your plate! Definitely best to get the ball rolling re Centrelink entitlements. By the time they get their paperwork sorted ex-DP will have bl00dy moved out anyway. I imagine there will be a cr@p-load of paperwork to be done too - not just for your regular benefits, but also for child support. Here's hoping ex-DP co-operates with all of this!

You're a strong woman @BIB. I can't ever imagine I could live in the same house with an ex, no matter how long we had been together. I hope he is behaving himself and not giving you a hard time.

@BlondeinBrisvegas Re Centrelink have you inquired about 'Living Separately Under One Roof'? If DP is close to moving out it may not be worthwhile but if it still takes a few more months then it might prove beneficial. Plus as you know, it takes ages to do all the Centrelink forms/hoop jumping so making a start sooner rather than later, esp if you require financial assistance can be good. I'm guessing you've also checked out their online Child Support calculator. xx

good luck today @midnite01. A month off sounds good, I think its good to do that for your own mental health in all this.

@BlondeinBrisvegas wowsers you have got a lot on your plate with all that. Sounds like you're on top of it all which is great. Hope ex finds a place quick smart, and you can get on with things in this new chapter of yours.

    @Blossom74 enjoy you're quiet day!

Ive just come back from dropping our car to the smash repairs to get fixed, a lady backed into it whilst DH was at work and luckily she left her details. Our car insurance doesnt cover a hire car so my SIL mentioned a company called Right2drive and they provide you with a car as long as you are not at fault and the other parties insurance pays for it..brilliant!! I would never have known so we would have been juggling the one car which isn't practical at all. So if anyone is ever in that situation..check it out. Their service has been amazing too. Apart from that Im off to lunch with a friend from my ex work place and starting to work on stuff for the new studio Im a part of. Thankfully the southerly hit early this morning and we are all cooled down!

    have a good one everyone
