@Billie2 Gosh, you've been through the wringer. Poor you. I hope you get lots of tlc now and can rest up, and that you have help with your DS.
My ED co-ordinator just got back to me. She said "Donors are usually made available whilst recipients still have frozen embryos available. I can confirm with you once your situation is definite if she is available." Rightio then. No acknowledgement that I'd asked if she could egg bank or do a fresh donation for me again.

I don't like the twice in 6 months stats Luv!! I wonder what they're going to do about it as recompense for you?? A free bloody Cycle at the very least I would've thought!!!
Anyhoo...rest up and get a few steaks into you!! Maybe take an iron supplement too for a bit just to get your levels up again
Gosh it's been eventful in here today, just catching up now. @Billie2 I hope everything is ok, you poor thing! That's so scary and when they don't know what's happened, it's really stressful. Rest up and I hope you're being looked after xx
@Bongley that's really sad, I'm so sorry to hear about your SIL. The poor woman has obviously been through so much, it's really devastating. I hope she defies the odds and pulls through and gets some help. How terrible for your brother and niece. Xx
I've forgotten what else I just read..but hi to everyone. Oh yeah @Charlie74 I was happy for you with your LB appointment, glad to hear you have a plan and a holiday!! It sounds good to me to take a break and be able to enjoy your trip. I was watching Insight on sbs last night and they were talking about the placebo effect and how it can be as effective as a drug if someone believes it is the drug. It made me think about the power of the mind and how bogged down and negative it makes a person to go through so much failure in all this and that it might actually be a help to think positively. It'd be nice if the dr gave us all a pill and said this will fix your infertility, and see if it actually worked! So I've decided to spend some time working on my positive thinking leading up to this last shot.
I'm with you @tuxcat the thread moved so quickly I've hardly been able to keep up!
@Billie2 that sounds like you've been through an absolutely horrific time - it would have been so frightening and I'm glad you're going to be OK. Sounds like someone stuffed up though as that's not a normal response after a transfer to say the very least! I hope they get to the bottom of it and that heads roll.
@Bongley I'm so sorry to hear the news about your SIL, it is such a tragedy and I hope she does pull through Ok and gets the help she needs, although it doesn't sound promising.. It is so hard. One of my very best friends in the world just lost her 12 year old grandson to suicide last week and she is inconsolable and in a very dark place herself now. It's such a difficult thing to deal with. It must make it difficult for you being so far away...
It's probably not appropriate right now, but I didn't get to say a huge congratulations that your scan went well, but anyway - CONGRATS!!
@Charlie74 I love your plan, sounds very good and very thorough
@Tahli I don't know how you've kept polite! Well done, but far out are they going to give you a better answer than that?? Might be time for the not-so-polite-email.
to everyone else, I've had a huge work day so my brain is fried.

@BlondeinBrisvegas Yep, she knows my transfer is on the 11 March. And "once your situation is definite" refers to the outcome of my FET...which would be known in 4 weeks if she'd just waited to relist her. Grrr.
I've decided at this stage I'm not going to be stumping up the approx $10k to get her to cycle again for my right now. I want to see how this cycle goes first.
Next hurdle is my cd14 lining scan in the morning. I'm praying for as close to 6mm as possible.
Billie i will find out what happened to my friend i think its really rare but at epu something got pierced and et affected it. She went to ed due to enormous bleeding and needed her vg packed with a giant padded tampon as she described it.
