I tried vitex ages ago and it messed my cycle up and tasted awful.
Thanks for asking 😊He's okay he saw the vet so we are trialling some medication (tablets) for his thyroid. He has been driving me bonkers though woke me up 3 times last night for no reason and on Monday he scratched my dog on her face, she deserved it but he gave her a big nasty scratch that was thankfully just below her eye. I am just having a quick read back as have been offline today so far I can see that @Blossom74 may have been involved in the conception of bongleys bubba 😇 and @Bongley congrats on your scan.
That is funny @Charlie74. Your right that is good he has a mate who asks him about it and talks to him about it. Most of my women friends avoid the IVF topic around me as most don't like talking about it. Instead they talk about their children 100% of the time. So that is refreshing to read. On the subject of children my 4 yr old nephew was visiting on the week end and he loves my cat so he was doing his usual mouth kissing with my cat which is super gross and we were telling him not to kiss him on the mouth because cat eats yucky things like rats and geckos and has rotten teeth ect anyway 4 yr old turns around and says "eww yuck I'm not kissing him anymore because I don't kiss boys, yuck boy germs" ummm yeah okay that will do.
Fuming. 2 weeks ago I emailed my ED co-ordinator asking if my ED could donate for me again if this cycle is a bust on 11 March. She gave me a non conclusive answer saying she couldn't 'give a firm answer right now' and to contact her again when 'my situation was definite'. As a result I've been combing the ED sites. Low and behold who should I see listed this morning. Yep, you guess it. My ED!!!!
I think it's FANTASTIC he can talk to his mate about it. Being in a new town, my DH doesn't know a single person he can talk to about our IVF. Unlike me, who fell apart after our MC, my husband never skipped a beat - the next day he went back to work as if nothing had ever happened.
Even when I met him he had no friends really. He had a huge family with lots of brothers and sisters, and they were living on an isolated farm, so none of them ever needed to make external friends. As adults they have all drifted apart (or in the case of 2 of them, we cut them off - not the sort of people we would like to socialise with.) At work he is a Manager (working directly for the board) and he is basically paid not to be anyone's friend! He is there to do a job - that's it.
I don't know how he does it TBH. Your DH must benefit greatly from having a mate he can offload to - and then laugh it out afterwards
