No theories at all... I guess there is an embryo created that starts to implant then fails. So I get enough hCG to register faintly on a FRER, and the timing is perfect at about 10dpo to be getting a faint line, and then the implantation doesn't continue for whatever reason. So maybe my lining isn't great, or there is an immune attack, or something. Prior to starting medicated cycles I never had this happen, I always got early lines that then went on to be a pregnancy. No chems ever. So something has changed between now and then as it looks like I am still falling pregnant at a regular rate, but now they're not implanting. I will follow this up with the FS now as it has happened too many times to be random.

I test every cycle (addict!) so most cycles don't show any hCG at all and they are obvious BFNs. I think it is more likely implantation failure as I didn't have any trouble falling pregnant prior to starting meds in Nov 14, and have only had chems after that, so something is going wrong. The timing all works perfectly for a chem unfortunately I will have the hysteroscopy early April and see what shows up from that - I'll let my FS know about the chems, the line is too significant to be anything else.

Oh, it must be so frustrating for you hon. DEFINITELY mention it to your FS. The recurrent BFP/BFN's could well be the impetus he needs to look further into your oven instead of elsewhere. Just think, it is entirely possible you don't need bl00dy IVF at all - if he can get your uterus right you might just be able to fall PG naturally. You are showing good signs that could be possible, you just have to get that oven right first.

Well, two Clomid down the hatch and one injection set for tonight. Ladies, I have officially started my engine. Geez I hope this cycle goes a bit better than the last one. Theoretically, if double the dosage doesn't give me some results, I don't think it bodes well. Where do I go drug-wise from here if the Gonal-F doesn't cut the mustard?

I wish I'd never started IVF and just trusted my body enough to know that I fell pregnant on average every five months over fifteen months, and that I likely needed a miscarriage prevention program (aspirin, pred, prog, clexane) rather than IVF. I stupidly thought that if I was falling pregnant naturally quite often, that IVF would work even better. Not the case for me, but my body is trying to fall pregnant! I'd say something is wrong with my oven now when it wasn't before - 3 D&Cs might do that

I think you're right hon. I truly do think you're getting PG, your body just isn't holding onto them. I'd be pushing for immune assessments, and doing everything oven-wise you can think of. Having never done either of those things I can't really advise you which way to go but I'm sure the other lovelies can I'm so sorry hon, this must be so upsetting for you

Thanks hon, I've done all the full immune work ups and nothing shows up at all. The pred was going to be used as a "just in case" to cover all bases. I haven't had anything done with my uterus as I was getting good implantation and wasn't losing the babies through bleeding out, and ultrasounds look good, so no one has ever really suggested looking at my uterus except this latest FS and it was only as an aside, not because he thought anything was wrong. But now I'm thinking that something is going wrong, so I'm glad I'm booking in for the hysteroscopy now.

I just want a baby. I just want a baby. I just want a baby. I'm so broken right now.
