Question Book on diet and behaviours

    Hi,
I am looking for recommendations on books to read which focus on foods that affect childrens behaviour. I am having issues with my son and feel i need to maybe look into the foods that he eats and see if there is any connection.
    Thanks

I would recommend Fed Up by Sue Dengate.

In addition to the Fed Up book she has a cookbook, DVD and a website.

    http://fedup.com.au/

The website provides a wealth of information. You should be able to get the books from your local library.

We followed this with DD for three years and while it's hard work, we definitely saw a huge change in her behaviour and in her physical symptoms.
I do really recommend seeing a Dietician as well to help guide you through the process.
